Overview

Located in the charming Quinta dos Alamos estate, within walking distance of the town of Guia and just a short driving distance away from some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches, Villa Moinho is a lovely three bedroom single level villa that is situated on a generously sized plot with lawn gardens and a private heated swimming pool. The villa interiors are comfortable and of a very nice standard and the property is air conditioned throughout.

Open plan living/dining room furnished with comfy sofas and dining table and chairs for 6 persons. Wall mounted flat screen TV with cable channels; DVD player; I-pod dock; CD player and Wi-fi internet.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a washing machine; dishwasher; kettle; toaster; coffee maker; electric hobs x 4; oven; extractor; tumble dryer; fridge freezer; sandwich toaster; microwave and a second fridge.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one has a double bed, split unit a/c, double wardrobes with safe and an en suite bathroom with shower unit, hairdryer and towel heater. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.

Bedrooms two and three are air conditioned twin bedrooms with split unit a/c and the shared use of the adjacent family bathroom (bath with shower over) and towel heater.

Outside Space

Fabulous big lawn garden that offers privacy and a superb swimming pool that measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The deep end of the pool is 2.10 metes in depth and the shallow end is 1.00 metre in depth. There is a manual pool cover. Shaded terrace with exterior dining table and chairs and a brick built charcoal BBQ.

Location

Located in Quinta dos Alamos in Guia- a great location as you can walk into the village of Guia with its numerous restaurants, bars, banks and mini-market etc with no need to drive! Guia also has a daily fish, fruit & vegetable market and a bakery.

Algarve Shopping Centre is the largest shopping complex in the region and only a few minutes drive away. It has multi cinemas, restaurants and much more. Albufeira town, famous for its night-life and wonderful Old Town is a 10 minute drive. There is a bus service from Guia to some beautiful beaches and also to Albufeira. All in all this is a great base to explore the attractions of this very special part of the Algarve.
