Villa Iris is a charming, traditional style property with three comfortable bedrooms, a private garden, and a swimming pool. Ideally situated in Vale da Parra, just a short distance from the lively town of Albufeira, offering to guests the perfect balance of relaxation and activity. This three bedroom, single level property sleeps 5 persons in the three bedrooms as one bedroom is a single bedroom, however an extra bed is available for a weekly supplement.

Living Areas

The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including a fridge-freezer; dishwasher; electric oven; four electric hobs; an extractor fan; kettle; toaster; filter coffee machine; juicer; hand blender; and a microwave. From the kitchen a door leads to the BBQ area and the utility room which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The air conditioned lounge and dining area are of an open plan design and are comfortably furnished with ample sofa and chair seating, a feature fireplace, flat screen TV showing a variety of international cable channels including some English language channels, a dining table with seating for six people and double patio doors that lead to the garden. There is also a guest bathroom.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the guest bathroom. Bedroom two is a single room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and also has use of the guest bathroom shared with bedroom one. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, and an en suite full bathroom. patio doors lead to the pool area.

Outside Space

Villa Iris has a private walled garden which is laid to lawn in areas and scattered with palm trees, making it a lovely spot to relax. The swimming pool measures approx. 8m x 4m and has steps for easy access. There are six sunbeds for those who love to soak up the sun, plus a parasol if you’d rather have some shade. An outdoor shower is also available, perfect for rinsing off before or after a swim.

For outdoor dining, the covered terrace has a table and seating for six, making it a great place to enjoy meals together. A charcoal BBQ is also provided, ideal for anyone who fancies a bit of outdoor cooking.
