Villa Aurora is an impressive four bedroom luxury Pine Cliffs villa with private heated swimming pool which is also protected by a pool safety fence, great for families with younger children. Features include individually controlled air-conditioning, Internet connection (basic package is free of charge or local charges apply for upgraded Wi-Fi packages), direct phone line with voice-mail, 24 hours Room Service, Housekeeping Service, Private car parking.

The Pine Cliffs luxury villas are decorated in a contemporary style, very spacious and well equipped. All feature a private swimming pool, a barbecue area and a private garden area with sun beds at your disposal for you to soak up the Algarve sun. Ideal for you to embrace the silence and the tranquility of your own private getaway!

Living Areas

Fully equipped modern kitchen with fridge freezer; integrated microwave; oven; electric hobs; extractor; toaster; filter coffee maker; kettle and dishwasher. Patio doors to side terrace with table and chairs. Washing machine/dryer and iron & ironing board.

Separate dining room with seating for 8 and doors to the side terrace. Comfortably furnished living room with fireplace, TV, DVD player and doors to the raised exterior dining terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor of the property. Bedroom one has twin beds, split unit a/c, doors to the side terrace and an en suite shower room. Bedroom two has twin beds, split unit a/c, doors to the poolside terrace and a recently renovated en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit. Bedroom three has twin beds, split unit a/c, TV, DVD player and an en suite with bath and separate shower unit.

Bedroom four is on the first floor of the villa, and this room has a double bed, Daikin split unit a/c, TV, dressing area with safe, doors to the balcony furnished with table & chairs and an en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit; double vanities and hairdryer.

Outside Space

Villa Aurora has a fabulous gated private swimming pool, perfect for families with younger children. The pool measures approximately 13 metres x 7 metres with steps entry and the deep end of the pool is 2.40 metres in depth and the shallow end is 1.30 metres. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and the shaded raised terrace overlooking the pool houses the exterior dining table and chairs and integrated charcoal BBQ.

Other Items

Breakfast and half-board are free for children between 0-3 years inclusive in the same meal plan as paying parents. For children 4-12 years inclusive, a 50% discount applies in the same meal plan as paying parents. Children age 13 and over are considered adults. The same meal plan is required for all occupants and for the entire stay. With the half-board supplement, guests enjoy buffet breakfast and dinner. Buffet breakfast is served in Jardim Colonial and/or O'Grill, depending on the resort occupancy/season. A la carte restaurants are not included with the half-board package. Beverages are not included in any of the meal plans.

Full Resort Credit:

Guests can use their full resort credit throughout the resort.

€100 per accommodation, per day, with an additional €15 offered by the resort; totaling €115 per accommodation per day.

With the Resort Credit, guests may dine at any of the open in-resort restaurants for any meal period; breakfast, lunch or dinner (excluding the Yakuza restaurant), subject to seasonal opening and resort occupancy.

The credit can be used for the Serenity Spa, the golf course and Porto Pirata Kids Club.

The resort credit is not applicable in the Resort retail stores, Spa retail products, the Yakuza restaurant nor Albufeira City Tax.

The Resort credit is applicable per accommodation and not per person. Unconsumed credits do not accumulate and cannot be exchanged for cash.
