Villa Birdie is a luxury private villa located within the Pine Cliffs Resort, with a large private swimming pool and safety pool fencing which is available free of charge upon prior request. Features include individually controlled air-conditioning, Internet connection (basic package is free of charge or local charges apply for upgraded Wi-Fi packages), direct phone line with voice-mail, 24 hours Room Service, Housekeeping Service, Private car parking.

The Pine Cliffs luxury villas are decorated in a contemporary style, very spacious and well equipped. All feature a private swimming pool, a barbecue area and a private garden area with sun beds at your disposal for you to soak up the Algarve sun. Ideal for you to embrace the silence and the tranquility of your own private getaway!

Living Areas

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a microwave, oven, electric hobs, extractor, coffee maker, blender, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge freezer. Separate utility with washer/dryer, iron & ironing board.

Living room with TV with the Pine Cliffs television channel selection, fireplace. Separate air conditioned dining room with patio doors to the terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds, split a/c, wall mounted TV, en suite with bath and separate shower unit. Bedroom two has twin beds, central unit a/c and adjacent bathroom with shower.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three has a double bed, split unit a/c, wall mounted TV, doors to the terrace, dressing area with safe and en suite bathroom with double vanities. Bedroom four has twin beds, TV, split unit a/c and en suite with shower.

Outside Space

Lovely spacious private garden with lawn garden surrounds, and some areas shaded by the pine trees. Private swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 metres with ladder entry. The shallow end of the pool is 1.20 metres and the deep end is 2.30 metres. Pool fencing is available upon prior request. Sun loungers on the poolside terrace and a lovely shaded pagoda with table and chairs- perfect for reading your book in peace and quiet. Raised terrace overlooking the pool with dining table and 8 chairs and charcoal BBQ.

Half-board or full-board is free for children between 0-3 years inclusive in the same meal plan as parents. For children 4 - 12 years (inclusive). A 50% discount in the same meal plan as parents. Beverages are not included for lunch and dinner in any of the meal plans.

Check- in time is 16.00 and check-out time is 10.00.
