Villa Falesia is a stunning four bedroom villa, brand new to the Pine Cliffs luxury villa collection. Located in a peaceful area of the resort, and with a lovely large private garden area this villa is the perfect haven for those seeking pure relaxation in luxurious surrounds.

Features include individually controlled air-conditioning, Internet connection (basic package is free of charge or local charges apply for upgraded Wi-Fi packages), direct phone line with voice-mail, 24 hours Room Service, Housekeeping Service, Private car parking, and of course access to all of the Pine cliffs resort facilities.

The Pine Cliffs luxury villas are decorated in a contemporary style, very spacious and well equipped. All feature a private swimming pool, a barbecue area and a private garden area with sun beds at your disposal for you to soak up the Algarve sun. Ideal for you to embrace the silence and the tranquillity of your own private getaway!

Living Areas

The villa entrance opens to the impressive high ceiling hallway which leads to the air conditioned dining area and the brand new contemporary kitchen, fully equipped with appliances including an American style fridge freezer; integrated microwave and oven; 4 x electric hobs; extractor; dishwasher; filter coffee maker; kettle; juicer; toaster; iron & ironing board and washing machine.

From the dining area, a few steps lead up to the living room, complete with a flat screen TV with cable channels, air conditioning and doors leading directly to the terrace overlooking the pool.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed; split unit a/c; doors to the front terrace and a flat screen TV. Bedroom two has twin beds; split unit a/c; doors to the side terrace and a flat screen TV. Bedrooms one and two share the use of the adjacent family bathroom with double vanities and shower unit. Bedroom three has a double bed, split unit a/c, a flat screen TV, doors to the side terrace and an en suite with double vanities and shower unit.

Bedroom four is the master suite on the first floor of the villa- with double bed, split unit a/c, wall mounted flat screen TV, doors to a private terrace with table and chairs, dressing area with double wardrobes and safe and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and a shower unit.

Outside Space

Villa Falesia benefits from spacious private grounds with extensive lawn gardens. The villa's private swimming pool measures 12 metres x 6 metres (deep end 1.70 metres & shallow end 1.30 metres) and has incorporated an additional 3 x 3 metres kids pool which is 0.30 metres in depth. The poolside terrace is furnished with 8 sun loungers and the shaded terrace overlooking the pool is complete with a charcoal BBQ and exterior dining table and chairs.

Other Items

Breakfast and half-board are free for children between 0-3 years inclusive in the same meal plan as paying parents. For children 4-12 years inclusive, a 50% discount applies in the same meal plan as paying parents. Children age 13 and over are considered adults. The same meal plan is required for all occupants and for the entire stay. With the half-board supplement, guests enjoy buffet breakfast and dinner. Buffet breakfast is served in Jardim Colonial and/or O'Grill, depending on the resort occupancy/season. A la carte restaurants are not included with the half-board package. Beverages are not included in any of the meal plans.

Full Resort Credit:

Guests can use their full resort credit throughout the resort.

€100 per accommodation, per day, with an additional €15 offered by the resort; totaling €115 per accommodation per day.

With the Resort Credit, guests may dine at any of the open in-resort restaurants for any meal period; breakfast, lunch or dinner (excluding the Yakuza restaurant), subject to seasonal opening and resort occupancy.

The credit can be used for the Serenity Spa, the golf course and Porto Pirata Kids Club.

The resort credit is not applicable in the Resort retail stores, Spa retail products, the Yakuza restaurant nor Albufeira City Tax.

The Resort credit is applicable per accommodation and not per person. Unconsumed credits do not accumulate and cannot be exchanged for cash.
