Living Areas

This spacious and modern apartment boasts an open plan lounge and dining area, complete with air conditioning and a convenient serving hatch from the fully equipped kitchen. The dining area features a round table with seating for four, from here sliding patio doors open onto a small balcony furnished with a table and two chairs. Meanwhile the lounge offers ample comfortable seating, a large flat screen Smart TV with a selection of international cable channels with some English language channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon prime etc on the Smart TV), a Sonos sound bar, and a feature fireplace. Sliding patio doors lead to the shared balcony with a table and two chairs, overlooking the resort communal pool.

The modern kitchen is designed with sleek marble worktops and comes fully equipped with all the appliances you need. It features four electric hobs, an extractor, electric oven & grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, and a fridge freezer. There is also a guest cloakroom.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room (bed measures 200cms x 140cms) with a further single bed that can sleep an additional child up to 12 years of age, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Bedroom two is the master suite with double bed, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony with the lounge.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre where you will find designer boutiques and eateries. The airport at Faro is only a 25 minute drive away.

Encosta do Lago is located just 5 minutes walk from the Quinta do Lago lake where there is a restaurant and a water sports centre, and the beach is a 20 minute walk away. All within close driving distance are a selection of internationally renowned golf courses- Laranjal, Quinta do Lago North and South, San Lorenzo and Pinheiros Altos.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
