Welcome to Apartment Wendy, a lovely two-bedroom apartment situated on the ground floor of the prestigious Encosta do Lago resort in Quinta do Lago. Recently renovated, this spacious property offers a comfortable retreat. Living Areas

The modern kitchen with a convenient serving hatch through to the dining area is well equipped with appliances including four electric hobs, an extractor, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven and grill and a dishwasher. The large open plan lounge and dining area are comfortably furnished with sofa and chair seating, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), split unit air conditioning and a dining table with seating for five people. Patio doors open onto a small lawned garden with a table and six chairs, a gas BBQ and sun loungers. There is also a guest cloakroom.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open on the terrace.

Outside Space

The garden is laid to lawn and is complete with a table and six chairs, comfy sofa seating, a gas BBQ, sun loungers and a parasol.

Location

Encosta do Lago is located just 5 minutes walk from the Quinta do Lago lake where you will find The Shack restaurant and a water sports centre. Within a short walk you can also visit restaurants such as Casa do Lago, Bovino, Unami, The Campus, 2 Passos and the beach is a 20 minute walk. Encosta do Lago has communal tennis courts, a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna that are all for complimentary use. There is also a great onsite restaurant called Tucanos which also does delivery to your door. Also within close driving distance are a selection of internationally renowned golf courses- Laranjal, Quinta do Lago North and South, San Lorenzo and Pinheiros Altos. The airport at Faro is only a 25 minute drive away.
