Overview

Apartment Freesia is a spacious ground floor, two bedroom apartment located in the classy resort of Encosta do Lago in Quinta do Lago. This gorgeous property has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. With Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning throughout included in the rental rates- and for the winter months there is underfloor heating throughout, for an extra weekly supplement. The Encosta do Lago complex features a large communal pool, gymnasium, spa, floodlit tennis courts and a renowned local restaurant. Clients staying at Apartment Freesia will receive resort cards that entitle them to use the complex facilities.

Living Areas

Enter into the hallway with a guest cloakroom, onto the bright open plan lounge & dining area complete with a dining table and seating for four people. The lounge has spilt unit air conditioning, an L-shaped sofa, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels, including English language channels such as BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports. Large patio doors open onto the lawn garden and partially covered terrace.

The well equipped kitchen has appliances including 4 electric hobs, electric oven and grill, toaster, coffee machine (capsules available from local supermarkets), wine cooler, kettle, a large fridge freezer and a washing machine/dryer.

Apartment Freesia has a Sonos system- so you can download the Sonos app and then play your favourite sounds from your smart device through the Sonos speaker.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a digital safe, split unit air conditioning and en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, patio doors opening onto the garden and en suite shower room with double vanities and a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

Laid to lawn garden which is private to the apartment and with a partially covered terrace complete with a table and seating for four people. There is a gas BBQ for cooking your al-fresco meals on. There are 2 sunloungers, a three-seater sofa and 2 single armchairs outside

Rates include a mid-week towel change and clean for stays of 7 nights. For stays of 14 nights guests receive the mid-week towel change and clean plus a weekly changeover clean, towel change and bed linen change. Hairdryer and pool towels are available for your convenience.
