There are two comfortable seating areas around the TV and the fireplace. Separate utility room with washing machine; tumble dryer and iron & ironing board.
On the lower level of the property is the TV lounge with wall mounted flat screen TV and Sonos sound bar. There is an additional shower room and WC on this level.
Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedrooms one and two have twin beds and split unit a/c and these two rooms share the family bathroom with large walk-in shower unit.
Bedroom three has a double bed (190 x 180cm), split unit a/c, doors to the poolside terrace and an en suite bathroom with double vanities.
Bedroom four is the first floor master suite which is open plan and encompasses the whole level of the villa - please note that there is no door to the master bedroom. The bathroom area has a bath tub and double vanities. Double bed (190 x 180cm)and wall mounted TV. Separate dressing area with doors to the first floor terrace with garden views.
Plenty of room for parking on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates. Rolling extensive lawn garden complete with a small children's football pitch,basketball hoop, table tennis table and trampoline. The swimming pool is free form in shape and measures approximately 14 x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge- there is no pool cover. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and next to the terrace is the superb exterior dining terrace complete with table and chairs for 8 persons and the integrated Beefeater gas BBQ.
The villa is centrally located between the prestigious resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. There is an extensive selection of excellent golf courses in the area, and also a horse riding centre nearby. The nearest beach is approximately 3.5kms away. In the local area there is a good range of restaurants, and there is also a selection of bars and eateries at the fashionable Quinta Shopping, which is close by.
Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week; bathroom towels are changed midweek and weekly; linen is changed weekly. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
