Overview
Villa Coco is a delightful four bedroom villa, all en suite, and with private pool, located in Villas Alvas, near to the resorts of Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and the beautiful local beaches. This premium quality villa has been finished to a high standard and features include Wi-Fi internet, electric shutters and air conditioning throughout.
Living Areas
Spacious open plan living and dining room with patio doors leading to the poolside terrace. Flat screen TV with DVD player and a wide range of English language cable channels, including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. I-pod docking station and Wi-Fi sonos music system.
The kitchen, situated next to the dining area, is modern in design and is fully equipped, with appliances including Nespresso Coffee Maker,electric hobs, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, oven and American style fridge freezer with ice maker. Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional freezer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and double wardrobes with safe. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom (2 x twin beds together) and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower unit. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor level.
Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the property. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with an en suite with bath and separate shower unit. Patio doors lead to the shared first floor terrace. Bedroom four is the Master suite with double bed, en suite with bath and shower unit and patio doors the shared terrace. All bathrooms in Villa Coco are fitted with electric towel heaters.
Outside Space
Villa Coco benefits from lovely spacious exteriors, with a south facing pool deck furnished with sun loungers. The salt water pool measures approximately 9 x 5 metres with steps entry and it can be heated for a weekly supplement. Perfect for al-fresco dining, the villa benefits from an integrated gas BBQ and exterior dining table and chairs for 8 persons.
Location
Situated in Vilas Alvas, the villa enjoys a great central location in the Golden Triangle, with some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches and the luxury golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago only a few minutes drive away. There are excellent restaurants, including Alambique, within 5/10 minutes drive away. Julia's beach is within easy access of the villa either by car or by walking (approximately 20 minutes walk).

Rates include a maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.

Prices
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
