Exclusive to the Sun-hat luxury villa portfolio, we are proud to represent Villa Phoenix, a four bedroom villa with private pool that has been refurbished to a high standard throughout, resulting in a lovely property that is perfect for your relaxing villa holiday in the Algarve.

The meticulous owners of the villa have ensured that all of your holiday needs are catered for, including split unit air conditioning throughout, Wi-fi internet throughout (with first floor booster), pool heating facility, a pool table, 65'' flat screen TV with UK channels including sports, a luxurious exterior dining area with gas BBQ- and much, much more!

And for those guests who love the beaches, golf courses, restaurants and facilities of the Algarve's Golden Triangle then Villa Phoenix benefits from a fabulous central location between the prestigious golf and coastal resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Living Areas

The air conditioned living room centres around the superb 65'' wall mounted flat screen with Blu-ray DVD player and Bluetooth soundbar and you can relax and enjoy the entertainment whilst relaxing on one of the three sofas. Throughout the house you can view on all of the TVs the excellent range of cable channels, including English language channels such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. Double patio doors lead directly from the living room to the poolside terrace.

The kitchen area is spacious, and furnished with a breakfast table and four chairs, central island with two stools and a wall mounted TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, 5 x gas hobs, oven, extractor, toaster, kettle, 2 x fridges, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and manual juicer. The washing machine is situated in the adjacent utility cupboard.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All of the linen used in Villa Phoenix is the finest 400 thread count Egyptian cotton, and the towels are all of a high quality standard. All bedrooms are complete with split unit air conditioning and have plenty of wardrobe space.

Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa. This bedroom has zip and link twin beds that can be prepared as a super king double bed upon request. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit. There is an additional guest bathroom with shower unit on the ground floor of the property.

Bedrooms two, three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two has zip and link twin beds that can be prepared as a super king double upon request, a TV with the wide range of cable channels, and patio doors to a balcony with table and chairs. Bedroom three also has the zip and link twin beds which can be prepared as a super king double upon request and a flat screen TV with the cable channels and DVD player. Bedrooms two and three share the use of the first floor family bathroom with large walk-in shower unit.

Bedroom four is the master suite, complete with double bed, wall mounted TV, double wardrobes with safe and an en suite bathroom with double vanities, towel heater, bath and a double shower unit. Patio doors lead to the private balcony overlooking the pool furnished with table and chairs and two sun loungers.

Outside Space

The exterior areas of Villa Phoenix are very impressive. The swimming pool measures approximately 7 metres x 4 metres with steps entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge and has a manual pool cover to help retain the heat. The poolside terrace is furnished with six sun loungers, and next to the pool on the terrace is the superb shaded exterior comfy seating and the dining area, complete with teak dining table with seating for 8 persons and the Broil King gas BBQ. On the villa side terrace is a synthetic lawn area with pool table- which will for sure be the scene of many holiday tournaments! To enhance the feeling that you are in the Algarve whilst being at the villa, there is an orange tree by the pool and a lemon tree at the front of the villa. Off-road parking is available for clients in the parking bays directly opposite the villa entrance.

Location

Villa Phoenix is located on the Quinta Jacinta development, which is centrally situated between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale Do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and within easy access and a short driving distance from all the facilities and attractions that can be found in this stunning part of the Algarve. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the region are close by, as are a wide range of impressive and renowned restaurants which cater for all budgets and tastes. For sports enthusiasts, Quinta do Lago boasts the Campus sports centre, five championship golf courses, the driving range and golf academy; and Vale do Lobo houses the famous and picturesque Royal and Ocean golf courses- and also the famed Vale do Lobo tennis centre. Also very close by to Villa Phoenix you will find the fashionable Quinta Shopping and Buganvillia Plaza, complete with designer boutiques, shops, supermarkets and eateries.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and the weekly changeover clean, bed linen change and bathroom towel change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience. Extra beds are not permitted, up to 8 guests plus a maximum of 2 cots.
