This exquisite property boasts a private heated pool that measures 26 metres in length and has the heating offered to Sun-hat customers on a complimentary basis; two poolside jacuzzis; extensive manicured gardens with generous grass lawn areas which are perfect for families; and the villa is furnished with bespoke pieces, with the elegant marble floor tiles adding a touch of sophistication to every corner.
For your entertainment, Villa Number One features a state-of-the-art Heos sound system perfect for setting the mood whether you're by the pool or relaxing indoors. The sound system is located in three sectors of the house- the main living area; the terrace off the living room where the pool table is located and also on the main poolside terrace. You can also challenge your friends or family to a game of pool on the terrace with beautiful far reaching country and coastal views.
Villa Number One is Ideally located in the Almancil area with the prestigious golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo within close driving distance; and with the added bonus of being located just a couple of minutes away from the approach road to Faro airport which can be reached in approximately just a 15 minute drive.
This masterpiece of a property offers privacy, peace and tranquility set on a plot of over 9000 square metres, yet the villa has such a central location that some of the Algarve's most stunning beaches, world-class championship golf courses and fine dining experiences are all within close proximity; as is the popular Mar shopping complex, cinema and designer outlet village which are just 5 minutes drive from the villa.

This four bedroom villa sleeps up to 8 persons in the four double suites, plus the owner will accept an additional one or two children up to the age of 12, sleeping on the two extra single day-beds in bedroom four.
The bright and airy kitchen is the heart of the home, featuring a stylish central island with a breakfast bar and three accompanying stools. It comes fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, including a wine cooler, two fridge freezers, a De Longhi coffee machine, a large range cooker with four gas burners, a double electric oven, an air fryer, a microwave, a mixer, a toaster, a dishwasher, and a Smeg kettle.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a generous dining area with a large round table that seats eight people. Full length patio doors, lead to a wraparound balcony that offers breathtaking countryside views.
The spacious lounge offers plenty of comfortable sofa seating, perfect for relaxing in front of the wall-mounted Smart TV, complete with a Heos soundbar. The TV provides a variety of UK channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). For gaming enthusiasts, there's an Xbox One available- please remember to bring your own games and controllers.
On the entrance level of the villa you will also find the utility room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, with access to the outside clothes drying area. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
On the upper landing, you'll find a cosy seating area with two chairs and a chess set, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a quiet game. From here patio doors lead to the upper terrace with stunning views of the countryside and beyond, all the way to the coast.
On the entrance level of the property, you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a spacious and luxurious double master suite featuring a pop-up TV at the foot of the bed, fitted wardrobes and a dressing area with additional wardrobe space. The en suite bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub, double vanities, and a large walk-in shower unit. A study area is adjacent to this bedroom, complete with a desk, chair, wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV and patio doors that open onto the shared wraparound balcony.
Bedroom two is another comfortable and luxurious double room with fitted wardrobes, a Smart TV, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. This room also has patio doors leading to the shared wraparound balcony.
Stairs from the main living area lead up to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a double room with a flat screen Smart TV, a dressing area and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto the upper balcony with amazing views.
Bedroom four is a double room with a further two single day beds, a flat screen Smart TV, separate dressing area and an en suite full bathroom with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the upper balcony. This room can sleep an extra two children up to the age of 12 years old.
On the wraparound balcony off the kitchen and living area, where the views are absolutely stunning, you will find a comfy seating area furnished with a sofa and chair and a pool table to keep you entertained, ideal for those family holiday tournaments!
From here three sets of stairs lead down to either a large lawn with a five-a-side football goal, perfect for some impromptu games; or to the other lawned space complete with a child's swing and with pathways to the beautiful pool, with its large poolside terrace and outside BBQ & kitchen. This area has been thoughtfully designed, featuring a built-in Gazebo, complete with 2 ceiling fans to help keep you cool during the summer months and providing shade for the large dining table with seating for eight people. The outside kitchen features an integrated Beefeater BBQ, perfect for the budding chefs in the group or for those that wish to hire their own private chef; a sink and food preparation counter, an ice machine and a wine cooler.
The salt water pool measures approximately 26m x 5m and has complimentary pool heating and a solar pool cover to help retain the heat at night. The pool deepens in three stages, the 1st stage is ideal for small children and babies as it measures only 0.30m. The 2nd stage measures 1m in depth and finally the 3rd stage measures 3m deep. Adjacent to the pool is a small separate cool jacuzzi pool and next to this terrace you will also find the heated jacuzzi, just the place to be to enjoy a sundowner or two! The poolside terrace has a basketball hoop to keep the kids occupied and is furnished with 2 double sun loungers and 4 single loungers and there are also 2 parasols if you are looking for a little shade.
The villa forecourt has parking for ample cars and is protected by electric entry gates- fobs for the electric gates and the villa alarm system are provided. Near to the forecourt is a children's play area on sand with swings and climbing frame. The extensive manicured gardens are an oasis of different plants, trees and palms adding to the sense of tranquility and escapism that Villa Number One affords- simply beautiful!
Villa Number One is situated just on the outskirts of Almancil and the Golden Triangle, and enjoys an ideal location just a 5 minute drive from the bustling town of Loule; and a 5 minute drive from the newly built Mar shopping centre where you will find a wide selection of eateries, cinemas and a designer shopping outlet. If its golf you are looking for then it’s only a 10/15 minute drive to the award winning golf courses of the prestigious golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo; and some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches can be found in this area. The villa is also just a 15 minute drive from Faro International Airport.
Rates include a mid-week maid cleaning service & bathroom towel change; and a weekly full changeover cleaning service, bathroom towel change and bed linen change. Pool towels and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
