Overview

Villa Clementine is a comfortably furnished three bedroom townhouse, built on two levels and with a private pool and garden. Located in the heart of the Pinheiros Altos golf resort.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms and Wi-Fi internet are included in the weekly rental rate.

Please note that the photos for Villa Clemetine were taken in the winter when the sun is lower in the sky and therefore there is some shading on the pool and terraces. In the summertime, these are bathed in glorious sunshine. We will be arranging new professional photography in the springtime.

Living Areas

Open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen complete with a dining table with seating for six people and patio doors opening onto a small courtyard with a breakfast table and seating for four. The lounge area has comfy sofa seating, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and double patio doors open onto the garden and poolside. The kitchen is modern in design and well equipped with appliances including an integrated microwave, electric oven and grill, ground coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, four electric hobs, extractor, washing machine, nutribullet and a fridge freezer.

All three bedrooms are on the upper level of the property, accessed via a flight of stairs. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto a small private balcony. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto a small private balcony. Both bedroom one and two share the adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom three is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, a dressing area, split unit air conditioning, a flat screen TV showing the same channels as the lounge and an en suite full bathroom with a corner bath, walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

The garden is private with a swimming pool measuring approximately 7m x 4m with ladder entry. There is a gas BBQ to prepare your families al-fresco meals. The partially covered terrace is furnished with the dining table with seating for six people.

Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and borders the 14,800 hectare Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, an international haven for rare and endangered nesting and migrating birds. Pinheiros Altos is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, the Quinta shopping centre and the array of restaurants and entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area. Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service - 17/4-31/5 & 16/9-30/9 maid service twice per week. All other dates the maid service is three times per week. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
