With only nine other apartments sharing beautiful grounds, Apt Dolores is a gem in the heart of Pinheiros Altos. Apartment Dolores is situated on the first floor with lovely views of the gardens and it offers wi-fi and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, included in the rates.
Guests staying at this property are entitled to discounted green fees at the Pinheiros Altos golf course.
Living Areas
The open plan air conditioned living/dining area boasts a flat screen TV with Lazer cable channels (which have a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports), bluetooth speaker/ CD player and DVD player. The dining area offers generously sized seating with a large table and chairs for six people.
The fully equipped kitchen offers a breakfast bar, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, integrated oven and microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and 3 gas and 1 electric hob.The kitchen leads directly in to the dining area.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is made up of two twin beds. It has a split level air conditioning unit and double wardrobes, and it has it's own en suite shower room. Patio doors lead from the bedroom to the outside terrace.
Bedroom two is an air conditioned double bedroom with double wardrobes with safe. It has a flat screen TV with the cable channels. The en suite bathroom has a bath with handheld shower, separate shower cubicle and double vanities.
In the entrance hall there is an additional cloakroom with shower cubicle.
Outside Space
The patio area offers elevated views over the gardens. It has a gas BBQ, two sun loungers, and table and chairs for al fresco dining.
Location
Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, the Quinta shopping centre and the array of restaurants and entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area.
Other Items
Rates include maid service. Linen and towels are changed after one week occupancy. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
