Townhouse Isla is a three bedroom, semi-detached property with a private garden. Located in the heart of the Pinheiros Altos resort with its beautiful golf course and picturesque surrounds. With Fibre optic Wi-fi internet and air conditioning included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
The living and dining area of are of an open plan design and are comfortably furnished with comfy sofa seating, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of English language channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. The dining area is complete with a table and seating for up to eight guests. Patio doors lead to an internal courtyard and further patio doors off the lounge lead to the garden.
The kitchen is well equipped and has appliances including a fridge freezer, toaster, blender, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, four electric hobs, extractor, dishwasher, two integrated electric ovens & a microwave and a washing machine. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Stairs lead up to the bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double room with a wardrobe, split unit air conditioning and patio doors to a front facing balcony with a small table and chair. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors to the shared balcony with bedroom one. Bedrooms one and two share the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower unit and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom three is the master double suite with a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the garden with a small table and two chairs.
Outside Space
The garden is partially laid to lawn in areas and the exterior terrace is furnished with an outside dining table and seating for seven people. There is also comfy sofa and chair seating to relax and read your favourite book, and for the budding chefs in the party a charcoal BBQ is provided, perfect for cooking the families al-fresco meals.
Location
Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, the Quinta shopping centre and the array of restaurants and entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area.
Other Items
Rates include a mid-week maid cleaning service with a bathroom towel change and a weekly maid cleaning service with a bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
