Overview
Villa Jagger is a delicious, top of the range seven bedroom villa situated on a double plot in the prestigious Sao Lourenco area of Quinta do Lago. As the name of the villa suggests, the owners of this premium villa are big fans of the Rolling Stones! With Wi-Fi internet, electric shutters and air conditioning throughout.
This villa can be rented as a 6 bedroom villa or a 7 bedroom villa depending on the required level of occupancy.
Living Areas
Extensively equipped kitchen with appliances including a wine chiller, integrated coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, steam cooker, microwave, 2 x ovens, gas hobs, plate warmers x 2, fridge freezer. Breakfast bar, breakfast table and wall mounted TV with Lazer cable channels, including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports.
Open plan and extremely spacious living/dining room- 6 sets of patio doors lead directly to the terrace overlooking the pool. Alongside the dining table and comfortable furnishings there is a wall mounted flat screen TV with the aforementioned Lazer cable channels.
On the lower level of the villa you will find the small gym (with split unit a/c, running machine, exercise bike and cross trainer); the utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board; games room with pool table and wall mounted TV with Lazer cable channels; additional bathroom with shower unit.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All bathrooms are en suite and are fitted with towel heaters. Bedrooms one to five are on the ground floor of the villa, and there is also an additional guest cloakroom. Bedroom one has twin beds, central a/c system, doors to the side terrace and en suite with bath, shower and double wash basins.
Bedroom two has a double bed, central a/c system, doors to the terrace and an en suite shower room with double wash basins.
Bedroom three has a double bed, central a/c system, doors to side terrace, en suite bathroom.
Bedroom four has a double bed, doors to the terrace, central a/c system, en suite shower room with double wash basins.
Bedroom five has a double bed, central a/c system, doors to the side terrace, en suite shower room with double wash basins.
The master suite, bedroom six, is on the first floor of the villa and this room has a double bed, central a/c system and en suite with large corner bath, double shower unit and double wash basins.
Bedroom seven which is on the first floor, has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Outside Space
Fabulously spacious exterior areas on the double plot. The swimming pool measures 12 x 6 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge and next to the pool is the jacuzzi and covered BBQ terrace, complete with dining table, integrated gas BBQ, microwave, drinks chiller and additional gas hobs.

Location
Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Rates include a maid cleaning service, towel and linen change. Pool towels are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
