Additionally, the villa boasts Sonos speakers throughout including the garden, a cinema room, a games room equipped with a pool table and an arcade game, as well as croquet and petanque and a table tennis table, ensuring endless entertainment options for the whole family. Living Areas

The open plan lounge and dining area are furnished with comfy sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with a soundbar (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). The dining area is furnished with a table and seating for twelve people. Patio doors lead to the pool area with amazing lake views. Steps lead up to the kitchen.

The modern kitchen features a central workspace and three accompanying stools and includes a wall mounted TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports. This space is well equipped with appliances including a double fridge & and a double freezer, Gaggenau integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, two Miele dishwashers and much more. There is also a separate pantry. The guest cloakroom on the entrance level includes a laundry shoot down to the utility room.

On the lower level you will find the utility room, cinema & games rooms. The utility room with a laundry shoot houses two Miele washing machines, a Miele tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The games room includes a pool table, a 'Pacman' arcade game, a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), Sonos speakers and a built-in bar with a fridge and 3 accompanying stools. The soundproofed cinema room with comfy sofa and chair seating is complete with a large projector screen, a PlayStation 3 (please bring your own games) all the Lazer channels as the previous TV's and bring your own log-in credentials and you can enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple etc. There is a bar area with 3 accompanying stools. There is another guest cloakroom on the lower level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, a flat screen TV showing the same channels as the previous mentioned TV's and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a small terrace. Bedroom two is a double room with walk-in wardrobes, a flat screen TV showing the same channels as the previous mentioned TV's and an en suite bathroom with a free standing bath tub, a large walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a glass screen which can be adjusted from dark to transparent. Large patio doors open onto poolside terrace.

On the lower level of the property you will find bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a twin room (can be prepared as a double upon prior request), a dressing room, a flat screen TV showing the same channels as the previous mentioned TV's and an en suite shower room with a large walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a small private terrace furnished with two sunbeds. Bedroom four is a kids room with bunk beds and a further single bed, fitted wardrobes, a flat screen TV showing the same channels as the previous mentioned TV's and an en suite bathroom with a heated towel rail. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a glass screen which can be adjusted from dark to transparent. Patio doors open onto a small terrace with steps leading up to the pool.

On the upper level are bedrooms five and six. Bedroom five is a double room with a dressing room, a flat screen TV showing the same channels as the previous TV's and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony furnished with two sunbeds and is privileged with amazing lake views. Bedroom six is the master bedroom with a double bed, a dressing room, a safe, a flat screen TV showing the same channels as the previous mentioned TV's and a large en suite bathroom with a free standing bathtub, a walk-in shower and double vanities. Patio doors open onto a private balcony complete with its own jacuzzi, two sunbeds and spectacular views of the lake.

Outside Space

Laid to lawn in areas with front of line lake views, this space is truly unique. The swimming pool measures approx. 16m x 7m which overflows into a lower shallow pool, ideal for the younger ones in the family (complete with an electric pool cover and can be heated for a weekly supplement), the pool has a ladder for easy entry. Steps lead down to the newly added petanque pitch, this area can also double up as a croquet court. There are two outdoor showers and a exterior WC. For the more active members of the party there is a table tennis table and if its just relaxation you are looking for then this can be done on one of the many sun loungers provided or the double swing hammock. For the chefs in the group there is a large Weber gas BBQ complete with a food preparation area, sink, fridge and ice maker, the ideal spot to create all your holiday feasts which can be enjoyed on the large exterior dining table with seating for twelve people.

Location

Villa Vista Lago's large garden borders a natural salt lake where water sports such as windsurfing and sailing are available. There is a large selection of international restaurants within walking distance of the property, such as The Shack restaurant and bar, Casa do Lago restaurant for fine dining, the D Lounge restaurant and Tucano's restaurant at nearby Encosta do Lago. The golf driving range is just 2 kms away so you can hone your skills in preparation for a round of golf on one of the five excellent golf courses in Quinta do Lago; Laranjal, Quinta do Lago North and South, San Lorenzo and Pinheiros Altos, plus an additional two courses in the neighbouring resort of Vale do Lobo, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre where you will find designer boutiques, bars and eateries. The Campus sports facility is also close by.

Villa Vista Lago is situated close to the golden sandy beaches of the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve which is well known for it's bird life and nature trails. To get to the Quinta do Lago beach its around a 20 minute walk, finally crossing over the famous wooden foot bridge. Gigi's seafood restaurant is one of 3 beach restaurants within walking distance. Faro airport is only a 25 minute drive away.
