This property is a lovely two bedroom linked villa with its own private entrance and swimming pool which benefits from off road parking on the villa driveway. Located in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago, one of the most exclusive resorts in Europe, Encosta do Lago is the perfect family holiday destination, situated close to the golden sandy beaches of the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve and just 5 minutes walk from the lake, where there is a restaurant and a water sports centre. The Encosta do Lago complex features a large communal pool, gymnasium, spa, floodlit tennis courts and an exclusive restaurant, in addition to offering luxurious self catering accommodation with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms.

Living Areas

The living room which has a flat screen TV showing many cable channels including English language channels such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. Patio doors open onto the terrace. There is a guest cloakroom next to the villa entrance. The laundry room houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The dining area with split unit air conditioning has a table with seating for six people. Patio doors open onto the garden.

The well equipped kitchen includes a large fridge freezer, microwave, oven and four electric hobs, dishwasher, juicer, extractor, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with a dresser, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom two is a double room, with its own TV showing English language channels such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a bath and a shower unit, double vanities and a hairdryer. Patio doors open onto the garden.

Outside Space

There is a kidney shaped pool (which can be gated - great for families with young kids) and which measures approximately 8m x 4m. The deep end of the pool is 2.00 metres, the mid level is 1.65 metres and the shallow end is 0.80 metres. The outside area includes a dining table and chairs, four sun loungers to soak up the Algarve sunshine, lawn garden surrounds and an outside shower.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre where you will find designer boutiques and eateries. The airport at Faro is only a 25 minute drive away.

Encosta do Lago is located just 5 minutes walk from the Quinta do Lago lake where there is a restaurant and a water sports centre, and the beach is a 20 minute walk away. All within close driving distance are a selection of internationally renowned golf courses- Laranjal, Quinta do Lago North and South, San Lorenzo and Pinheiros Altos.
