Apartment Chi is two bedroom, split-level apartment with a stunning private rooftop terrace with jacuzzi, sun loungers, integrated gas BBQ, table and four chairs, and a shaded dining area- the perfect place to relax in luxury and privacy on your well deserved holiday in Vale do Lobo. The apartment has Wi-fi internet and is air conditioned throughout and is also situated within close walking distance of the beautiful beach at Dunas Douradas. There is a flight of stairs up to the front door.

Jacuzzi heating is included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The open plan lounge/dining area is complete with a table and seating for four people, ample comfy sofas, split unit air conditioning, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports, and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix, etc), and a log burning fireplace for the cooler months. Patio doors open onto a balcony. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with appliances including four electric hobs, a toaster, an extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven and grill, kettle, dishwasher, and a washing machine.

The bedrooms are situated on the next level accessed via a few stairs - Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower, double vanities, and a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an adjacent full bathroom with a bath, double vanities, and a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

A key feature of this impressive property is the fantastic private roof terrace, a spacious area measuring 340 square feet with a generous private sunbathing area. This terrace has everything you need to relax in privacy and luxury- including a fabulous new jacuzzi hot tub; 2 x sun loungers and a shaded dining area with a table and seating for 4 persons, an integrated gas BBQ, and a food preparation area.

Location

Situated in the popular Tennis Valley area of Vale do Lobo, with the beautiful beach at Dunas Douradas within walking distance from this property. The renowned Vale do Lobo tennis centre is on your doorstep, which features a communal pool, café, restaurant, and of course the tennis academy, where special packages for tennis lessons are available for Sun-hat customers.

The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo also boasts two of the Algarve's finest championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses; and the famous Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants, and eateries, family entertainment during the summer months and not forgetting the superb rotunda pool at the Praca, which is under new management and is open and available for all guests staying in the resort to use (local charge applies, guests with resort cards will be entitled to a discounted rate for the usage of the pool).

Perfect for walking, running, or cycling enthusiasts, there are now miles of magnificent walkways over the nearby Ria Formosa nature reserve, an area of stunning natural beauty and considered by some as one of Portugal’s seven natural wonders.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel, and linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, are provided for your convenience.
