Villa Catarina is a lovely three bedroom duplex semi-detached cluster villa that enjoys a central location in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, situated within close walking distance of the tennis centre and near to the beach at Dunas Douradas. Featuring a private plunge pool, Wi-fi Internet, air conditioning and high quality interior furnishings throughout. This property is serviced by Vale do Lobo Resort who can not guarantee Check-In before 6.00pm

Living Areas
Fully equipped and air conditioned kitchen with appliances including a tumble dryer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, oven, electric hobs, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
Open plan living/ dining room with air conditioning, a flat screen Smart TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), Wi-fi Internet and a DVD player. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Guest cloakroom on the ground floor. The bedrooms are on the first floor of the property. Bedroom one is a double bedroom (super king bed 1.80 x 2.00 metres) with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes with safe, doors to the terrace and an en suite shower room with double wash basins.
Bedroom two is a double room (two twins together) with fitted wardrobes, doors to the terrace and air conditioning. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and a fitted wardrobe.
Bedrooms two and three share the use of the family bathroom, complete with a bath, separate shower unit and double wash basins.
Outside Space
Private freeform shaped plunge pool measuring approximately 6 x 3 metres, gas BBQ, exterior dining table and 4 sun loungers. The pool and terrace is south-west facing from the entrance of the property; with the pool being on the southern facing side of this terrace.
Location
In addition to the nearby tennis centre, the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo benefits from beautiful beaches and the Praca- a popular and lively area where you will find a wide range of restaurants and bars. Vale do Lobo benefits from two championship golf courses, the Royal course and the Ocean course, and in nearby Quinta do Lago you will find a further 5 championship golf courses, as well as a wide range of restaurants and the fashionable Quinta shopping centre. The nearest beach is at Dunas Douradas, located within short walking distance.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
