Apartment Pine Cone is a lovely air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment with private plunge pool located in Vale do Lobo’s tennis valley. Living Areas

From the entrance, a few steps lead up to the spacious open plan kitchen/diner and living area. The kitchen has been designed for convenience in mind. The kitchen appliances include an integrated oven, fridge freezer, electric hobs, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Plenty of work top space compliment the kitchen. A 4-piece dining table and chairs are ideally situated next to the open plan kitchen as well.

Located next to the kitchen, the air conditioned lounge offers a two seater sofa and armchairs. An ideal place to watch the flat screen TV, offering a wide range of UK channels including BBC1, ITV and also Sky Sports.

Two separate patio doors lead you out to the outside areas. One patio door leads out to a large private balcony with table and chairs. Through the other patio door, down a flight of stairs leads to your private pool and BBQ area, complimented with table and chairs and 2 sunbeds.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one, to the right of the property entrance, is an air conditioned twin bedroom (twin beds together) with plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom is located next door with a shower and double vanities.

Bedroom two, next to the main living area, has two single beds together with a large en-suite bathroom with double vanities.

Outside Space

Two Patio doors lead from the lounge and dining area to two separate but connecting outside spaces, one outdoor area offers a large private balcony with table and chairs. The other one leads down a flight of stairs to your inviting kidney shaped private pool (measuring 6m x 3m and with depths of 1.2m - 2m) and the BBQ area, which is complimented with table and chairs and 2 sunbeds.

Apartment Pine Cone is centrally located in the beautiful resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the tennis centre and within walking distance of the beach at Dunas Douradas.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek clean and towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, towel and linen change. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are included for your convenience.

Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.
