Please note that the photographs were taken in the winter so there is shading on the pool and terrace and therefore new photographs will be taken in the springtime when the sun is higher in the sky and when the terrace and pool will have more sun.

Living Areas

The living/dining room is accessed via four steps up from the entrance hallway and is complete with a dining table and four chairs, comfortable sofa seating, split unit air conditioning, a flat screen TV with a variety of cable channels (including popular English language networks like BBC, ITV, TNT Sports, and Sky Sports). The lounge patio doors lead to the terrace adorned with pretty plants and potted tree shrubs and there is also a table and chairs. From here there are steps that lead down to the pool area, making it ideal for outdoor living.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, including a ceramic hob, electric oven, an extractor, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The first bedroom is a master double room with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and a safe for added convenience. It has a modern en-suite bathroom which includes a walk-in shower, a bath and double vanities, and there’s also a terrace with pool and garden views accessible from this room.

The second bedroom is a twin room, also equipped with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. It shares a separate bathroom with a bath, double vanities, an overhead shower, and a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

Outside, you’ll find a kidney shaped pool measuring approximately 6m x 3m, surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds for relaxing in the sun. There’s also a gas BBQ, perfect for cooking al fresco meals while enjoying the outdoor space.
