Overview
Apartment Chinchilla is a completely renovated 2 bedroom property in Vale do Lobo. This well-appointed and premium quality apartment is situated between the 15th Fairway of the Royal Course and the Vale do Lobo Tennis Valley. Air conditioning throughout and Wi-fi internet are included in the rental rate.
Living Areas
The lounge and kitchen are of an open plan design. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including an induction hob with 5 rings, dishwasher, fridge freezer, wine cooler, coffee machine, electric oven and grill, microwave and extractor fan. There is a central island with a breakfast bar and three stools and a table with seating for two.
The lounge has a large comfy L-shaped sofa; wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including English language channels such as BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports; an LG sound bar; split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace. The washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are in the exterior cupboard near the pool.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and a safe. The bathroom is open plan to the bedroom, with a free standing bath, walk-in shower and double vanities. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, patio doors open onto the pool terrace. The shower room is open plan to the bedroom with double vanities.
Outside Space
The kidney shaped pool is south facing and measures approximately 6m x 3m, the terrace is partially covered and furnished with sofa seating and chairs. There are sunbeds to soak up the glorious Algarve sunshine and a charcoal BBQ to cook your al-fresco meals on.
Location
Situated near to the tennis academy in the prestigious golfing resort of Vale do Lobo. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses; and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.

Rates include maid cleaning service three times per week, bedroom linen , bathroom towels and beach towels. A hairdryer is provided for guests use.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
