Apartment Luisa is a luxurious, premium quality, three bedroom, three bathroom property that is located in the Margarida area of the renowned golf resort of Vale do Lobo. Apartment Luisa has been equipped and furnished to the highest standard. Featuring a central air conditioning system throughout with individual room controls, and electric shutters throughout with a master control, telephone entry system & Wi-fi internet connection - all included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Open plan lounge and dining area complete with ample comfy sofa seating, with a large flat screen TV showing international cable channels (including some English language channels) and sound bar. The dining area has an oval table with seating for six. Patio doors open onto the poolside and decking terrace. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven & grill and four electric hobs. There is a breakfast bar with two stools. The utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room (these beds can be made as a double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities and a spa bath. Patio doors open onto a small shared terrace. Bedroom two is a twin room (again beds can be made as a double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a small shared terrace. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace.

Outside Space

The infinity pool measures approximately 8m x 3.5m and has steps entry. There is a covered eating area complete with a table and seating for eight persons and a gas BBQ for cooking your al-fresco meals. The faux grass area is complete with a swinging hammock and two large bean bags. There are sun beds for relaxing and soaking up the Algarve sunshine.

Location

Situated in the exclusive Margarida area of Vale de Lobo within short driving distance of the beach, the Praca, the local golf courses, a selection of restaurants & bars and Quinta shopping.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service three times per week, usually Mon, Wed & Thu (except for Portuguese bank holidays); with bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly and linen changed weekly. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Please note that Casa Luisa is being offered with a 15% discount between the dates of 2nd Sept 2023 and 30th June 2024 to take into consideration any background noise caused by a building plot in the nearby area. There are also works some distance away across the valley, however background noise may be heard at times depending on the type of work that is taking place. It is not allowed by the local council for building works to take place during the peak summer months of July and Auqust so no discount is offered for these two months.
