Apartment Faye is a lovely two bedroom penthouse apartment situated in the classy Margarida resort area of Vale do Lobo. Complete with it's own private rooftop jacuzzi and direct lift access into the apartment hallway or rooftop jacuzzi. With Wi-fi internet, electric shutters with central control panel and air conditioning with individual room controls throughout- all hincluded in the rental rates.

This penthouse apartment is accessed via a flight of steps, however from the entrance hallway, a lift provides direct access to the apartment hallway or to the rooftop jacuzzi!

Living Areas

Enter into the bright and spacious lounge with comfy sofa seating, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports, and patio doors that open onto the BBQ terrace. Through to the open plan modern kitchen and dining area with a large dining table and seating for six people and patio doors opening onto a Juliet balcony.

The kitchen is well equipped and has appliances including four electric hobs, an extractor, electric oven and grill, fridge freezer & a separate smaller freezer, dishwasher, Delta coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer and a microwave. The separate utility area houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with a dressing area, fitted wardrobes, a safe, wall mounted flat screen TV providing the same selection of channels as the lounge TV and an en suite bathroom with double vanities. Patio doors lead to a private balcony furnished with a sun lounger, a small table and two chairs.

Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same selection of channels as the previous TV's and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony.

Outside Space

From the lounge, patio doors lead to the BBQ balcony, beautifully furnished with two sun loungers and a dining table that comfortably seats four, perfect for al fresco meals cooked on the charcoal BBQ or soaking up the sun.

Head upstairs to discover the crowning jewel of the property: a luxurious rooftop terrace boasting a raised jacuzzi with sea views, & ample space for sunbathing, including three sun loungers, two cosy bean bags, and a parasol for shade.
