Overview

Villa Deluxe is a beautiful and modern four bedroom townhouse that is situated in the exclusive Margarida area of Vale do Lobo. The contemporary design has been built over several levels and incorporates a private, south facing pool deck and infinity pool (which can be heated for an extra weekly supplement), a roof top heated jacuzzi (access to which is available for an extra weekly supplement), a games area with pool table and various outside dining and sunbathing areas.

Featuring a central air conditioning system with individual room controls, electric shutters throughout with a master control switch by the property entrance and fibre optic Wi-fi internet.

Living Areas

On the entrance level is the kitchen, which is modern in design and well equipped with appliances including four electric hobs, extractor fan, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, hand blender, toaster, kettle, integrated electric oven, grill & microwave. There is a breakfast bar with three stools and a patio door opening directly onto the front courtyard furnished with a round table and eight chairs.

Stairs lead down to the spacious lounge and dining area which is furnished with a dining table and seating for eight people, a large comfortable sofa, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Patio doors open directly onto the pool side terrace with wooden decking.

On the lower level of the villa is the utility and games room. The utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The games room is complete with two air conditioning units, comfy sofa seating, a fridge freezer, a large flat screen TV with the same channels as the lounge available and a pool table for you to enjoy those family tournaments.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the first level is bedroom one, this is a double room with fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening directly onto a private balcony with comfy sofa seating. This bedroom has the use of the adjacent shower room.

On the second level is bedroom two, this is a double room (which can be made as a twin upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony.

On the third level is bedroom three, this is a double room with fitted wardrobes, safe and an en suite bathroom with a spa bath and a walk-in shower. Patio doors open directly onto a private balcony overlooking the pool and furnished with comfy sofa seating and two sun loungers.

From the entrance level stairs lead down to bedroom four, this is a double room with a ceiling fan (no air conditioning in this room) and use of the adjacent shower room.

Outside Space

The front courtyard is furnished with a round table and seating for eight people, a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast.

The pool measures approximately 6m x 4m (can be heated for an extra weekly supplement) and has a decked south facing terrace, perfect for sun worshipers! Also, with a lovely covered area furnished with comfy sofas and chairs to relax and read your favourite book. There is a food preparation area with a sink where you can prepare the families al-fresco meals ready to be cooked on either the gas BBQ or the built-in charcoal BBQ.

On the 4th level of the villa is the roof top terrace, with wood decking and a raised jacuzzi, two sunbeds and a table and chairs. To access this area and use the heated jacuzzi you need to pay the weekly supplement.

Location

Situated in the exclusive Margarida area of Vale de Lobo within short driving distance of the beach, the Praca, the local golf courses, a selection of restaurants & bars and Quinta shopping.

Midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
