Apartment Ocean 2 is a premier two bedroom split level apartment in Vale do Lobo, situated close to the Tennis Centre, and as the name suggests, the ocean. Living Areas
The entrance to apartment Ocean 2 is accessed via a flight of steps. The spacious open plan living/dining room and kitchen are on the lower level of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances including 4 x electric hobs; extractor; Dolce Gusto coffee maker; kettle; juicer; toaster; filter coffee maker; dishwasher; microwave; oven; washer/dryer and fridge freezer. Breakfast bar and dining table with seating for 4 persons. The living room is complete with a TV with a wide range of English language cable channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. Double patio doors lead from the living room to a nice terrace, furnished with table and chairs.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Sleeping accommodation comprises two bedrooms. Bedroom one, on the entrance level, has twin beds and an en suite bathroom with shower unit. Double wardrobes with safe and wall mounted CD player.
Bedroom two is on the first floor of the apartment, and this bedroom has a double bed; walk-in wardrobe; en suite bathroom with shower unit, bath and double vanities; wall mounted CD player and flat screen TV with Apple TV box. Patio doors to terrace.
Outside Space
Superb private roof terrace complete with jacuzzi hot tub, sun loungers, patio furniture and a gas BBQ.
Location
Situated close to the Tennis Centre and a short walk to the beautiful Dunas Douradas beach where the popular and stylish Maria's restaurant is located- and just a short walk along the coast takes you to the Julia's beach where there is a selection of trendy restaurants and bars.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week; bathroom towel change midweek and weekly; and weekly bed linen change. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
