As the name suggests, this property boasts stunning ocean views and is conveniently located near the tennis academy, and is also only a short walk from both the beautiful Dunas Douradas beach and the renowned Maria's beach restaurant. The popular restaurants that can be found at the beach known as Julia's (Praia do Garrao Nascente), are also within walking distance.

Living Areas

Steps from the entrance level lead down to the open plan lounge/dining room which is complete with comfortable sofa seating and a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). The dining area is furnished with a table and seating for four persons. Double patio doors open directly onto a private balcony with lovely sea views, and is furnished with a table and chairs.

The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge freezer, integrated electric oven, grill & microwave, four electric hobs, extractor, kettle, washing machine/dryer and a toaster. The utility cupboard off the lounge houses the iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedroom one which is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a front facing balcony.

Stairs from the entrance lead up to bedroom two, this is the master suite with double bed, fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower unit. Patio doors open onto a private balcony furnished with a sofa and chairs from where you can relax and enjoy the Atlantic ocean views.

Outside Space

Upstairs from bedroom two is the access to the lower exterior private decked terrace, and from here a further flight of stairs leads to the fabulous upper private terrace where you will find a charcoal BBQ, a table with six chairs, a parasol and comfy sofa seating. From here, you can really enjoy the stunning far reaching views of the ocean and coastline.

Location

Apartment Ocean Vista is situated close to the tennis academy and is only a short walk to the beautiful Dunas Douradas beach where the popular and stylish Maria's restaurant is located- and going in the other direction along the coast takes you to the Julia's beach where you will find a selection of trendy beach restaurants and bars including Julia's, Izzy's and Antonio's. A slightly longer walk along the beach from Maria's takes you to the famous Vale do Lobo Praca where there is a wide selection of restaurants, bars and nightlife. In addition to the tennis academy there are also two championship golf courses in Vale do Lobo, the Royal and the Ocean courses.
