Overview

Townhouse Sphere is a charming, recently renovated three-bedroom villa that offers a private garden and swimming pool. Ideally located within a short walk of Garrão Nascente Beach, also known locally as "Julia’s Beach,". this property provides easy access to a variety of beach bars and restaurants, making it the perfect coastal escape. This beautiful villa has been finished to a high standard, with a fresh and inviting décor in soft pastel colours, providing a relaxed ambiance. Air conditioning and fibre optic Wi-Fi included in the rental rates.

Please note that Townhouse Sphere features numerous steps throughout the villa, making it less suitable for elderly guests or families with young children. The multi-level layout adds to the villa's charm but may present accessibility challenges for some guests.

Living Areas

Stairs lead up to the spacious and bright open plan kitchen, living & dining area with floor to ceiling patio doors that allow natural light to flood the room and open onto the upper balcony. The modern kitchen has a breakfast counter with two accompanying stools and is well equipped with appliances including four electric hobs, an extractor, Nespresso coffee machine, integrated electric oven & microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a washing machine.

The air conditioned living & dining area is furnished with comfy sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of English channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports & TNT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc), and the dining table, which has seating for up to six people.

Off the entrance hallway a door leads to the covered dining terrace complete with the exterior table and seating for six people. For the budding chefs in the group there is a gas BBQ with a food preparation counter and a sink- from here steps lead down to the pool.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

From the entrance level steps lead up to bedroom one which is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air

conditioning and patio doors leading to a large terrace with steps down to the pool. This bedroom has use of the adjacent shower room.

Bedroom two is a twin room (which can be prepared as a double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities & a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a front facing balcony.

Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent shower room. Patio doors open onto the front facing balcony.

Outside Space

The exterior covered dining area is complete with a table and six chairs. For the budding chefs there is a gas BBQ with a food preparation counter and a sink. From here steps lead down to the garden and pool. The oval shaped pool measures approx. 6m x 4m and has a ladder for convenient entry. The poolside terrace is furnished with six sun loungers and is protected by a hedge for privacy.

The upper balcony off the living area is furnished with comfy rattan sofa and chairs and four deck reclining chairs.

Location

Townhouse Sphere is situated in a row of linked villas & enjoys a delightful location and is only a short walk to the stunning beach, Praia do Vale do Garrão Nascente or more commonly know as 'Julia's beach', where you will find a selection of renowned beach bars, restaurants and eateries. You are also within close walking distance of Maria's beach restaurant and the Vale do Lobo tennis academy.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service x 3 per week, mid-week bathroom towel change and weekly bathroom towel change and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
