Bedroom one offers versatile bedding options, allowing you to choose between twin or double arrangements . It features fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning to ensure your ultimate comfort.
Bedroom two also offers the flexibility of twin or double beds (double bed that can be prepared as twins upon prior request) and is accompanied by fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Both bedrooms one and two share a separate full bathroom, complete with a heated towel rail, adding a touch of luxury to your everyday routine.
Bedroom three, the master double room (which can also be arranged as twin beds upon prior request) has fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV offering the same channels as the lounge. The en suite shower room is adorned with a heated towel rail.
The spacious terrace comfortably accommodates an outside table and chairs. The delightful addition of a charcoal BBQ ensures you can savour the pleasures of outdoor cooking, while the parasol offers shade and relaxation on sunny days.
Located within the exclusive resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the Tennis Academy, and a short walk to the beautiful Dunas Douradas beach where the popular and stylish Maria's restaurant is located- and just a short walk along the coast takes you to the Julia's beach where there is a selection of trendy restaurants and bars.
There are two excellent golf courses in the resort of Vale do Lobo, the Ocean and Royal courses; and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants.
Weekly mid service is included, bed linen and towels changed weekly, except weekends and bank holidays. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
