This unique property is of a premium standard throughout, with spacious interior and exterior areas and a private saltwater pool which can be heated for a weekly supplement. Villa Ines has two suites that can be accessed directly from the main exterior terrace. Living Areas

The main living area of Villa Ines is accessed up a flight of steps to the entrance door, which opens out into a spacious and light south-west orientated open plan living/dining area and kitchen. Complete with air conditioning, a TV with a wide range of Lazer cable channels, which includes popular UK channels such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports; Wi-fi internet router and Bluetooth speaker so you can play your favourite music directly from your phone or tablet. From the living area patio doors lead out to the main upper terrace, with integrated charcoal BBQ and table & chairs. The upper terrace affords a pleasant far reaching view of the ocean.

The kitchen has been refurbished to a high standard and is fully equipped, with appliances including an integrated microwave and oven, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Separate utility with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is situated next to the main living area and this bedroom has a double bed which can be prepared as a single upon prior request, a/c and an en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit.

Bedroom two is the master suite, situated on the top floor of the property and accessed via a small flight of steps from the main living area via a landing with the additional guest cloakroom. This spacious bedroom has a 2.0 metre x 2.0 metre double bed, a/c, a Wi-fi router, TV with Lazer cable channels, patio doors to the balcony and an en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit. This bedroom also has an extra bed available upon prior request for a young child to sleep with the parents- (this is the 9th person that the property can potentially sleep).

Bedrooms three and four are private suites for two persons that can be accessed directly from the poolside terrace. Bedroom three has a/c, twin beds and an en suite bathroom with shower unit. Bedroom four has twin beds, a/c and an en suite bathroom.

Outside Space

Large exterior poolside terrace, accessed via steps leading down from the main upper BBQ terrace or directly from the front of the property via a separate entrance, that is complete with a large dining area and outdoor fridge; table tennis table- perfect for those holiday family tournaments; sun loungers for soaking up the Algarve sun; exterior heated shower and the private saltwater swimming pool- which measures 9 metres x 4 metres with steps entry and which can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge upon prior request. The shallow end of the pool is 1.15 metres in depth and the deep end is 1.90 metres. The pool and terraces of Villa Ines get the sun all day during the summer months and the area offers total privacy. There is an off-road parking space available on the villa carport at the front of the property.

Location

Centrally located in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, a classy destination with two championship golf courses- the Royal and the Ocean courses; the clubhouse with restaurant, shops and spa; the tennis centre and the famous Praca, where you will find a wide range of bars and eateries and family entertainment during the summer months. The beaches in this area of the Algarve are some of the most beautiful along this stunning coastline.
