Sun-hat are delighted to welcome you to Casa Florence in Vale do Lobo, a beautiful three bedroom linked villa with a private swimming pool and garden. The property has been designed and finished to a high standard throughout and offers modern features and comfort. Set in a prime location within the resort and just a short distance to all of the local amenities, including the nearby world famous Vale do Lobo golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean. With air conditioning throughout & fibre optic Wi-Fi internet both included in the rental rates. All of the windows have mosquito nets.

Living Areas

The air conditioned kitchen is well equipped and appliances include a toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, sandwich toaster, four electric hobs, an extractor, dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave and an integrated electric oven.

The bright and spacious open plan lounge and dining area is complete with split unit air conditioning and is furnished with comfy sofa seating, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of English channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports, double patio doors leading directly to the pool terrace and the interior dining table that has seating for up to eight people.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Casa Florence has three bedrooms, sleeping up to six guests. On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a twin room with zip and link beds that can be arranged as a double upon prior request, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Bedroom two is a twin room again with zip and link beds that can be arranged as a double upon prior request, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Stairs lead up to bedroom three which is the master double suite with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a dressing area with a safe and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony which overlooks the pool.

Outside Space

From the lounge, the patio doors open onto the covered dining area complete with an exterior dining table and seating for six people. A couple of steps lead down to the swimming pool which measures approximately 7m x 4m and has steps for easy entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge and has a manual cover to help retain the warmth at night. The poolside terrace is furnished with six sun loungers and there is also an outside shower to rinse off.

The garden is partially laid to lawn and has a garden gate which provides a short cut (a 2 minute walk) to Spikes and Vale do Lobo golf club. For the budding chefs in the group there is a convenient food preparation counter & sink, a Weber charcoal BBQ and there is also a pizza oven. Steps lead down to the utility room and guest shower room. The utility room houses the washing machine, a spare drinks fridge, and the iron and ironing board.

At the front of the property there is a parking space on the driveway for one car.

Location

Casa Florence in Vale do Lobo benefits from a superb central position in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the club house for the renowned Royal and Ocean golf courses where you will also find a selection of shops, the spa and the Spikes bar and restaurant. And Florence is within close walking distance of the supermarket and the famous Praca and its stunning beach. The Praca has a wide range of bars, cafes and eateries to choose from and also family entertainment during the summer months. Further entertainment treats in the resort include the family mini-golf centre and the tennis academy.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
