Overview

Villa Margaux is a charming three bedroom property, built on a double plot with a south facing private pool and garden. Ideally located near the 9th green of Vale do Lobo's Ocean Golf Course, the villa provides easy access to the beautiful beach of Vale do Lobo and 'The Praca', which boasts a variety of restaurants, bars and night life. Additionally, the convenience of the nearby supermarket at Vale do Lobo's main entrance is just a short walk away.

Air conditioning throughout and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The lounge and dining area are of an open plan design and are furnished with a dining table and seating for six people, 2 x two seater sofas, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing wide range of cable channels, including Sky Sports, BT Sports, BBC and ITV (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Patio doors lead to the poolside terrace. The modern kitchen is complete with a breakfast counter and two accompanying stools, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg kettle and toaster, four electric hobs, extractor, juicer, and an integrated oven, grill and microwave.

The annex opposite the main villa is where you will find the utility room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. On the upper landing of the villa there is a cupboard where you will find a safe and the iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor you will find bedroom one which is a double room (twin mattresses on a double base which can be made as a single beds but cannot be separated) with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead to the poolside terrace.

Stairs lead up to bedroom two and the master bedroom suite. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors that lead to a private balcony. This bedroom has use of the adjacent bathroom with double vanities and a heated towel rail.

The master double suite enjoys split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same selection of channels as the lounge TV, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool.

Outside Space

The garden is well maintained and very private with lush green lawns, palm trees, and shrubs creating a tranquil oasis. The inviting swimming pool measures approximately 8m x 4m and has steps for easy entry. The spacious pool terrace is furnished with six comfortable sunbeds, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the summer sun, and there are two parasols if you prefer a little shade, additionally, there is also an outside shower. The chefs in the group will enjoy the gas BBQ complete with a food preparation area and a sink, ideal for creating all the parties holiday meals which can be enjoyed on the shaded outside dining table with seating for eight people. Additionally, there is a further seating area with a round table and six chairs.

Location

Villa Margaux benefits from a superb central position in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the club house for the renowned Royal and Ocean golf courses where you will also find a selection of shops, the spa and the Spikes bar and restaurant. And within close walking distance is the famous Praca and the stunning local beach. The Praca has a wide range of bars, cafes and eateries to choose from and also family entertainment during the summer months. Further entertainment treats in the resort include the family mini-golf centre and the tennis academy. The supermarket is also close by.

Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon, Wed & Fri, mid-week bathroom towel change and a weekly bathroom towel & bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
