Overview

We are very pleased to welcome you to Villa Jasper, a beautiful three bedroom linked villa with a private pool and modern features throughout. Set in a prime location within the resort and just a short distance to all of the local amenities, not forgetting the nearby world famous golf courses. Air conditioning throughout & Wi-Fi internet are provided for your convenience.

Living Areas

The bright and welcoming open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen have been comfortably furnished and include split unit air conditioning, a large corner L-shaped sofa and two chairs, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), a dining table with seating for six people and large patio doors opening directly onto the poolside terrace bringing the feeling of outside living, inside!

Through to the modern air conditioned kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary essentials such as an integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, five electric hobs and an extractor. There is also a breakfast bar with three stools and patio doors opening directly onto the exterior dining terrace. The whole area has natural light pouring in or you have the choice of a little shade which is provided by the two electric window awnings. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level. The utility room is in the garage and houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa Jasper has three bedrooms, sleeping up to six guests. Bedrooms one and two are on the entrance level of the property. Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Stairs lead up to bedroom three which is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a large wall mounted Smart TV showing the aforementioned cable channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool.

Outside Space

Extending from the lounge is the poolside patio, providing space to relax in the sun on the comfy sofa seating or dine on ‘al fresco’ meals freshly cooked on the gas barbecue provided. The swimming pool measures approximately 7m x 4m and includes Roman style steps for entry. The poolside decked terrace is furnished with six sun loungers for the sun worshippers in your group, an outside shower and two parasols. There is a shaded sofa seating area and a dining table with seating for eight people. The remainder of the garden is laid to lawn and really is a lovely place to chill and read a book; or spend time relaxing with your family and friends.

Location

Villa Jasper benefits from a superb central position in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the club house for the renowned Royal and Ocean golf courses where you will also find a selection of shops, the spa and the Spikes bar and restaurant. And within close walking distance of the supermarket and the famous Praca and its stunning beach. The Praca has a wide range of bars, cafes and eateries to choose from and also family entertainment during the summer months. Further entertainment treats in the resort include the family mini-golf centre and the tennis academy.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. In the garage there is storage area for your suitcases and the owners have left some inflatables for guests use.
