As you step into Casa Samui, you’re immediately welcomed by the impressive and beautifully crafted Moroccan front door, setting the tone for the villa’s unique and characterful style. From the entrance hall, you’ll find an internal courtyard, a charming spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast in tranquil surroundings.
The spacious lounge is elegantly furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and chairs, and a few steps lead up to the dining table. Large patio doors stretch across the length of the room, flooding this space with natural light and opening onto the poolside terrace. Just off the lounge is the TV snug, featuring cosy sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with a selection of international cable channels, including some English language channels (guests can also log-in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming services using their own credentials).
The large kitchen is thoughtfully designed and includes a glass surrounded alcove offering lovely garden views and furnished with a table and seating for ten people, and electric blinds offer shade at the touch of a button, ensuring comfort at any time of day. At the centre of the kitchen, the large island houses four gas hobs, an electric griddle plate, and an extractor fan. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you’ll need during your stay, including a blender, juicer, toaster, integrated AEG coffee machine, oven, microwave, warming drawer, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, and a kettle. For added convenience, there is a guest cloakroom off the kitchen, as well as a guest cloakroom near the entrance of the villa.
On the lower level, you'll find a spacious garage with two dedicated parking spaces, along with a handy spare drinks fridge. This level also boasts a well equipped utility room, a private gym, and a soundproofed home cinema. The utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Fitness enthusiasts will love the air conditioned gym, complete with a wall mounted flat screen TV, a running machine, a weight machine, and a spin bike. The luxurious home cinema room is fully carpeted and soundproofed, featuring air conditioning and four plush double sofa loungers, for added convenience, there’s a small adjoining room with a fridge and counter, ideal for keeping the beers cold and within easy reach.

On the upper level you will find bedrooms two, three & four. Bedroom two is a twin room with a dressing area with a private balcony overlooking the pool with sea views and an en suite bathroom with a double spa bathtub, a heated towel rail, double vanities and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom three is a twin room with a dressing area and an en suite bathroom with a freestanding bath tub, a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a private balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
Bedroom four is a double room with a dressing area and an en suite bathroom, again with a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a private balcony overlooking the garden.
On the lower level you will find bedroom five which is a double room with natural light, split unit air conditioning, wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead to the lower courtyard.

Casa Samui is an excellent base for exploring the best the region has to offer, whether you're looking for adventure, relaxation, or both.
Rates include a maid cleaning service three times per week, bathroom towels and bed linen are changed weekly (a more frequent maid service can be arranged upon prior request for a supplemental charge). Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
