Overview
Caravela Garden is a wonderful villa set in beautiful countryside on a lovely big private plot only 10 minutes drive to the glitz and glamour of Vale do Lobo. The villa is situated in an elevated position and this imposing four bedroom property is a perfect base for any relaxing break.
Living Areas
The spacious lounge/dining area is a large open space with patio doors leading out to the pool area. The table and chairs seating 8 persons are ideally positioned next to the kitchen and this area benefits from air conditioning. The 'L' shaped sofa is a comfortable viewing area to watch the flat screen TV which offers UK channels.
The large kitchen offers everything you need on a self catering basis, which includes a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric hobs and a dishwasher. The adjacent utility room houses the washing machine and dryer and fridge.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Ground floor:- Bedroom one is a double bedroom with double wardrobe space and air conditioning which shares a family bathroom next door- this bathroom has a large shower and double vanities. Bedroom two is also a double bedroom, is air conditioned and shares the same family bathroom. Doors open to the front patio area. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and which uses the adjacent bathroom with double basins.
Upstairs is the master bedroom which is an air conditioned double bedroom with en suite bathroom and double vanities that has it’s own large balcony.
Outside Space
Patio doors lead out to a lovely shaded area with table and chairs. A beautiful feature is an old Portuguese tree which has a table around it with benches, giving a Mediterranean feel and the perfect shade.
The inviting large pool, measuring 10m x 5m, has roman steps for easy access. There are 8 sunbeds surrounding the pool area. A charcoal BBQ completes this tranquil space.
Location
Located on the outskirts of Almancil, ideally situated in the prestigious area of the 'golden triangle'. A 5 minute drive takes you to the glamorous resort of Vale do Lobo. The 'Apolonia' supermarket is within easy driving distance. Some of the most stunning beaches in the Algarve are only a 10 minute drive away.

Prices
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
