The spacious kitchen, dining area and lounge are of an open plan design and thoughtfully decorated in neutral colours giving a cool ambient feeling. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of channels provided through an Dodgy box including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). There are two JBL portable Bluetooth speakers for guests use. Patio doors lead to shaded terrace furnished with an outside sofa and two chairs.
The modern kitchen and dining area have large patio doors which allow natural light to flood in. The kitchen has a central island and five accompanying stools and is well equipped with appliances including an electric hob with four rings and a central extractor, American style fridge freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother for cappuccinos, integrated Smeg oven & microwave, kettle, blender, sandwich maker and a dishwasher. The dining area is complete with a large table with bench and chair seating.
The utility room is found near the front door and houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
Bedroom one is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen Smart TV and an en suite, open plan full bathroom with a free standing bath tub, large walk-in shower unit and a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower unit and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead directly to the garden.
Stairs lead up to bedrooms three, four, five and six. Bedroom three is a twin room (can be made as a double upon prior request), fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and a sofa. This bedroom has use of a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom four is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and a patio door leading to a small balcony. Bedroom five is a twin room with fitted wardrobes & split unit air conditioning and bedroom six is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning. Bedrooms four, five and six share the use of the family first floor bathroom with double shower unit.
The property is surrounded by trees and hedges making it completely safe and private. This large space is laid to lawn and features an inviting hammock shaded by trees. The shaded terrace leading from the dining area is furnished with comfy sofa seating, free weights and an exercise mat. The large dining table (4.5m long) has bench and chair seating. From here steps lead down to the large swimming pool (can be heated for a weekly supplement) which measures approx. 12m x 8m and has steps for convenient entry. The pool terrace is furnished with six metre wide built-in sunken sun beds and six cushion beds and has an outside shower for rinsing off the sun cream before a cooling dip! There is also an outside WC. Stairs lead from here to an upper terrace furnished with comfy sofa seating.
Adjacent to the pool is the BBQ area complete with a Green Egg BBQ, a small fridge, food preparation counter with a sink and hot and cold water. There is a further seating space with a high table and nine accompanying stools.
For the active-minded, Casa Pereiras offers a wide range of leisure options to keep everyone entertained, including a private padel court, ideal for casual or competitive matches; a table tennis table for some family tournaments, a football pitch for impromptu games (4 against 4), and a pitch and putt course where guests can practice their short golf game amidst the stunning surroundings. Additionally, a pétanque court offers a relaxing way to enjoy the day, adding a touch of French countryside charm
Perfectly positioned between Vale do Lobo (5 mins drive) and Vilamoura, Casa Pereiras offers easy access to some of the Algarve’s finest golf courses, beautiful beaches, the closest being Loule Velho which is a 5 minute drive, upscale dining, and shopping (Apolonia, Lidl, Pingo Doce and Aldi are all in Almancil).

Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon-Fri, mid-week bathroom towel change and a weekly bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
