This charming villa has been built on two levels and has been refurbished to a high standard throughout, resulting in a lovely property that is perfect for your relaxing villa holiday in the Algarve.

Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet & air conditioning are included in the rental rates. Great for families with young children, pool safety fencing is available for a small supplement.

Living Areas

The kitchen has a breakfast table with seating for four persons with appliances including a microwave, wine cooler, coffee machine, fridge freezer, electric oven and grill, four electric hobs, toaster, juicer, dishwasher and a kettle. A door opens onto the poolside terrace. The lounge and dining room are open plan and include a table with seating for six people, comfy sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports. The lounge patio doors open on to back garden/patio area and the pool is at the rear of the villa therefore there is further privacy for clients. The separate utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and domestic re-cycling points. There is an additional guest shower room and toilet also on the hallway ground floor.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level of the villa you will find bedroom one, which is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.

Upstairs leads you to bedroom two, three and four. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto a private balcony with a table and two chairs. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Bedrooms two and three share the adjacent family bathroom with a heated towel rail. Bedroom four is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the large balcony which is private to the master suite.

Outside Space

The garden is spacious, private and laid to lawn in areas. The villa patio areas, in particular the rear patio, get the sun all day long virtually all year round. The pool measures approximately 8m x 4m and has steps entry. You are able to request a pool fence for during your stay for a small fee. The poolside terrace is furnished with eight sun loungers, outside sofa & chair seating area, an outside shower and a stone table with stone bench seating and a further exterior dining table. There is a large charcoal BBQ with a food preparation area and a sink.

Location

Villa Alexina is located on the Quinta Jacinta development, which is centrally situated between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale Do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and within easy access and a short driving distance from all the facilities and attractions that can be found in this stunning part of the Algarve. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the region are close by, as are a wide range of impressive and renowned restaurants which cater for all budgets and tastes. For sports enthusiasts, Quinta do Lago boasts the Campus sports centre, five championship golf courses, the driving range and golf academy; and Vale do Lobo houses the famous and picturesque Royal and Ocean golf courses- and also the famed Vale do Lobo tennis centre. Also very close by to Villa Alexina you will find the fashionable Quinta Shopping and Bougainvillea Plaza, complete with designer boutiques, shops, supermarkets and eateries.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and the weekly changeover clean, bed linen change and bathroom towel change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.
