Brand new and exclusive to the Sun-hat Vale do Lobo area portfolio, we are very pleased to present Casa Milita a recently renovated, attractively furnished, three bedroom villa with private swimming pool that is located close to the resort Vale do Lobo and within easy reach of the beach, shops and restaurants, with two local restaurants also in close proximity. With off-road parking for one vehicle, protected by the electric entry gates.

The accommodation is on one level and is spacious and comfortable, and the private pool can be heated for an extra weekly supplement and also features a faux grass covered small roof terrace with football/cricket area for family tournaments..

Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning and maid service are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The lounge is bright and airy with two comfy sofas, a log burner fireplace, a wall mounted Smart flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). DVD player and Sonos soundbar- so you can stream your favourite tunes from your own smart device. Double patio doors open onto the front garden. The dining area which is open to the living room, has split unit air conditioning, and a dining table with seating for eight persons. Patio doors open on to the front garden.

The modern, well equipped and air conditioned kitchen has appliances including four electric hobs, De Longhi coffee machine, toaster, kettle, American style fridge freezer, electric oven and grill, extractor, microwave, dishwasher and juicer. The adjacent utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, black out blinds, split unit air conditioning and a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports.

Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace. Both bedrooms one and two share the family bathroom with shower unit.

Bedroom three is the master double suite with split unit air conditioning, single free standing wardrobe and an en suite full bathroom with a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

The saltwater swimming pool measures approximately 9 metres x 5.5 metres and can be heated for an extra weekly supplement. There is a manual pool cover to help retain the heat. The poolside is spacious with a lovely outside bar area complete with fridge, a darts board, table tennis table and plenty of room for relaxing and soaking up the Algarve sunshine on the sun loungers provided. The mature garden is partially laid to lawn, the poolside terrace is totally private and has comfy rattan furniture for you to relax on and read your favourite book. There is a partially covered terrace which has a table and seating for six persons, a gas barbecue and a charcoal barbecue, making this villa ideal for al-fresco dining. Steps lead up to the roof terrace that has been adapted to a children's football/cricket pitch. There is also comfy sofa seating to enjoy sundowners whilst taking in the local countryside views.

Location

Casa Milita is located close to the resort of Vale do Lobo, there is an extensive selection of excellent golf courses in the area, and also a horse riding centre and a Tennis academy nearby. Some if the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve are a short drive away. In the local area there is a good range of restaurants, including Casa Pituxa on your doorstep, and there is also a selection of bars and eateries at the fashionable Vale do Lobo Praca, which is also only a short drive away.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
