Overview

We are proud to exclusively represent Villa Ancao, an impressive five plus one bedroom villa with a private swimming pool and a roof top jacuzzi, that has been built on two levels and is located at the entrance of the Varandas do Lago estate- a development of luxury villas very popular with holidaymakers who love the golden triangle area of the Algarve as it is centrally situated between the golfing resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Villa Ancao's ideal location is only a short 2 minute drive to Ancao beach or a 10 minute walk. This beautiful property has been finished to a high standard throughout and features air conditioning and high speed wi-fi internet included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The spacious, air conditioned open plan lounge and dining area have large patio doors allowing natural light to flood in, this space is comfortably furnished with sofa and chair seating and features a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a large variety of English language channels including BBC, ITV, & Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Moving through to the air conditioned dining room complete with a large table and seating for twelve people, a JBL boom box (Ideal for streaming your favourite sounds directly from your Smart device to the speaker), this space also has a comfy TV area with sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a variety of international channels. Large patio doors lead to the pool and garden.

Adjacent to the dining area is the modern kitchen with a marble eating counter and four accompanying chairs and is well equipped with appliances including four electric hobs, an extractor, Delta coffee machine, juicer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fridge freezer, integrated microwave, dishwasher and an electric oven.

The utility room is found off the kitchen and houses the washing machine, an ice machine and a extra drinks fridge. A patio door leads to the exterior clothes drying courtyard. External steps lead up to the upper terrace from here.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor you will find bedrooms one and two, both of these bedrooms have portable air conditioning units. Bedroom one is a twin room with a wardrobe and an en suite shower room, patio doors lead to the garden. Bedroom two is a double room with a wardrobe and an en suite shower room, patio doors also lead to the garden.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three, four, five and the plus one bedroom six. Bedroom three is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, a dressing area, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same channels as the lounge, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a large walk-in shower and a patio door leading to the private balcony. From the bedroom patio doors also lead to a private balcony with sea views and is furnished with a table, two chairs and two sun beds.

Bedroom four is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing international cable channels including some English language channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and an en suite shower room with a large walk-in shower. Patio doors lead from the bedroom to a shared balcony that overlooks the pool and is furnished with a table and two chairs, this balcony can also be accessed from the utility room courtyard. From this balcony steps lead up to the roof terrace which offers beautiful sea views and the jacuzzi.

Bedroom five is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and a en suite shower room. Patio doors lead to the shared balcony with bedroom four. Bedroom six is the plus one child's room with split unit air conditioning, bunk beds and a wardrobe. This bedroom uses one of the other bathrooms.

Outside Space

The exterior covered dining area at Villa Ancao is equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for al-fresco meals. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a gas BBQ and a Weber charcoal BBQ for outdoor cooking. The swimming pool, approximately 12m x 6m, features convenient steps for easy entry and is surrounded by three parasols and ten sun loungers, making it ideal for soaking up the beautiful Algarve sunshine.

The terrace is also furnished with an outdoor sofa and two chairs, providing a comfortable space to relax. This idyllic spot is beautifully surrounded by trees and shrubs, offering a serene and private ambiance. From the utility courtyard, steps lead up to the roof terrace, where a private jacuzzi awaits, perfect for unwinding in style.

Location

Villa Ancao is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago in the Varandas do Lago development, just a couple of minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao or a 10 minute walk. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars, golf courses, horse riding and the Quinta shopping centre are just a short drive away.

Other Items

Rates include maid cleaning preparation service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Clients will receive a midweek clean and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bed linen change. Guests also have use of the double garage at the property. Pool towels, 5 x hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.
