Villa Linden is a charming four bedroom property nestled in the sought-after Varandas do Lago resort which enjoys a prime location between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and also just a short distance from some of the most stunning beaches in the Algarve. Villa Linden is complete with a private swimming pool, which can be heated for an additional weekly supplement. The villa also boasts a pool table, adding a fun touch to your stay. This spacious and well appointed villa offers fantastic value for money and includes Wi-Fi internet in the rental rate. For added comfort, air conditioning is available throughout the property for a weekly supplement.

Living Areas

The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Appliances include an integrated electric oven, grill, and microwave, a fridge freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a blender, four electric hobs, an extractor fan, a dishwasher, and a kettle. Patio doors open onto a lovely breakfast terrace, complete with a table and chairs. There is also a portable Bose speaker to stream your favourite tunes directly from your smart device.

The spacious air conditioned lounge and dining area are of an open plan design and comfortably furnished including two x 2 seater leather sofas and two arm chairs, a flat screen TV showing a wide variety of English language channels including the popular channels ITV, BBC, TNT Sports and Sky Sports, a large dining table with seating for eight people, a wine cooler and a pool table for those fun family tournaments! Patio doors lead to the poolside & kitchen terraces.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level, you'll find bedroom one, a comfortable double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private terrace furnished with a table and two chairs.

Upstairs, bedrooms two, three, and four are located off a landing where you'll find a great selection of books to pick a holiday read. Bedroom two is a double room with a wardrobe, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a shared balcony overlooking the pool.

Bedroom three is also a double room, featuring fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. This bedroom shares the balcony with bedroom two.

Bedroom four is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to its own private balcony

Outside Space

The private swimming pool measures approx. 9m x 6m and has steps for easy entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplement. Surrounding the pool, the spacious terrace is furnished with eight comfortable sun loungers and a parasol. There is an outside shower for rinsing off before or after a dip! There is rattan sofa and chair seating to relax on and a table and chairs for al fresco dining. For the chefs in the group there are two BBQ's to choose from, either the traditional charcoal BBQ or the more modern gas BBQ.

Location

Varandas do Lago is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago in the Varandas do Lago development, just a couple of minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao or a 10 minute walk. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars, golf courses, horse riding and the Quinta shopping centre are just a short drive away.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service three times per week, mid-week bathroom towel change and a weekly bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
