Overview

Villa Lakshmi is a four bedroom villa with private gated pool, located in Verandas do Lago, an estate centrally located between the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. All four bedrooms are en suite and the villa benefits from Wi-fi internet connection and air conditioning throughout.

Living Areas

Open plan living/dining room complete with a flat screen TV with cable channels, X-Box and DVD player. Music system with CD player. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a gas hobs; oven; filter coffee machine; dishwasher; fridge freezer; microwave; washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the property. Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and bedroom two has two twin beds together to make a double (bed measures 1.9m x 1.95m) and an en suite shower room. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor of the property.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of Villa Lakshmi. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom, an en suite bathroom and a small private terrace. Bedroom four has a double bed (bed measures 1.8m x 2m), an en suite shower room and doors leading to the terrace overlooking the pool.

Outside Space

The private pool is positioned at the South-facing front of the property. Fully fenced pool, the pool measures approximately 9 x 5 metres. The deep end of the pool is 2.00 metres in depth and the shallow end of the pool is 1.10 metres. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Al-fresco meals freshly cooked on the charcoal BBQ can be enjoyed on the terrace.

Location

Villa Lakshmi is centrally positioned between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago in the Verandas do Lago development, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars and the Quinta shopping centre are just a short drive away.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week. Towels are changed midweek and linen weekly. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
