Villa Claremont is a truly impressive six bedroom property with a private pool (can be heated for a weekly supplement) and situated on a spacious plot with extensive lawn gardens. Ideally and centrally located just a few hundred yards from the main entrance of Vale do Lobo, the villa sits parallel to the 2nd hole of the Vale do Lobo Royal golf course.

Two steps lead down from the villa entrance hall to the large, bright open plan living room, dining area and modern kitchen furnished to a high standard and including ample comfy sofa seating and two arm chairs; a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports; split unit air conditioning and double patio doors opening directly onto the upper terrace overlooking the pool.
The dining area is air conditioned and furnished with a large glass table with seating for eight persons. There is also a desk in this area. The kitchen has a central island and breakfast bar with four stools and is well equipped with appliances including a large fridge freezer; Expresso coffee machine; integrated microwave; two electric ovens and a grill; toaster; kettle; dishwasher; hand blender; four electric hobs and extractor fan. Patio doors open directly to the upper terrace overlooking the pool. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
On the lower level of the house you will find the utility room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board; a further area for working with a desk and a chair; and a TV room with a large flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix, Amazon etc on the Smart TV), a table football table, a pool table and a darts board.
On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one, two and three. Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the poolside. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix, Amazon etc) and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Bedroom five is a double room with a small double bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. With the bed in this bedroom being a smaller sized double bed, this room might be more comfortable for one adult or two younger children to sleep in.
On the lower level of the villa you will find bedroom six, this is a double room with fitted wardrobes and the use of the lower level shower room with a heated towel rail. Natural light is provided through the bedroom window.
Next to this room is an area with two twin beds which are available for guests should they require them instead of using the beds in one of the other bedrooms. Guests sleeping on these beds would use the lower level shower room as their bathroom. The use of these beds is on the basis that the maximum occupancy for the villa of 12 persons is not exceeded at any time.
The mature garden borders the Vale do Lobo Royal golf course and is very private, with trees along the length of the perimeter. A large pine tree provides the perfect shaded area at one end of the garden, where a hammock has been conveniently placed! There are extensive grass lawns to enjoy in this picturesque and well maintained garden, and a table tennis table is perfect for those holiday tournaments. Also available in the villa is a table football table and darts board.
The swimming pool measures approx. 10m x 5m and has steps entry (the pool can be heated for a weekly supplement) and an electric pool cover to help retain the warmth at night. The extensive sunbathing terraces are complete with good quality sun loungers, a parasol and comfy outside seating. The BBQ and covered dining area is a haven for the budding chefs- with a gas BBQ, extractor, food preparation area, a sink and a wine cooler. The large dining table has seating for eight people with a further table with seating for another four people.
There is also space for off-road parking on the villa forecourt, accessed via the villa's electric entry gates.
Villa Claremont enjoys a very accessible position within the prestigious resort of Vale de Lobo, near to the entrance roundabout where you will find the local supermarket and medical centre and with the Vale de Lobo golf club close by- here you will find shopping, a restaurant and a bank, all within close walking distance. The beautiful beach and the lively Praca, with a selection of bars and fine restaurants, are also just a few minutes walk away.
Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week; towels changed midweek and weekly; and a weekly changeover clean and linen change. Towels for the pool, two x hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.
The owner of Villa Claremont is a VDL club member and guests staying at this property can purchase the resort welcome cards from reception (which give you access to the resort courtesy bus) providing they have been organised prior to arrival at the villa- please contact us in order for us to arrange this for you.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
