Villa Cristal is a sensational, state of the art property, a truly unique five bedroom villa of the highest quality and the very best that the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo has to offer. Located within easy reach of the popular Praca area and the beautiful beach, and benefiting from views of the Royal golf course, Villa Cristal has absolutely everything you will need for a luxurious and relaxing villa holiday- including a private heated pool with Jacuzzi and bar; five en suite bedrooms including a majestic Master suite; a games room with bar; a spa with sauna, a state of the art cinema room - plus much, much more!

This property is perfect for rentals all year around- with the fabulous indoor sauna & jacuzzi, games room & bar and the home cinema, golfers and families alike can enjoy the villa in the low and winter seasons as well as the summer months.

Villa Cristal is fitted, furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard, using only the very best products and decor throughout. The villa features a centralised air conditioning system with individual room controls and Wi-fi internet, both included in the rental rates.

The owner of Villa Cristal is a VDL club member and guests staying at this property can purchase the resort welcome cards from reception (which give you access to the resort courtesy bus) providing they have been organised prior to arrival at the villa- please contact us in order for us to arrange this for you.

Living Areas

The open plan living/dining area is designed with full length double height glass windows and doors to create an environment of natural lighting. The living area is complete with a wall mounted 3D Smart TV, with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC, ITV etc and is furnished with a decorative suspended gyrofocus fireplace along with lots of space and comfortable seating for 10 persons and a solid wood dining table seating 10 persons.

The contemporary design kitchen is open plan to the living/dining area and is fully equipped with Siemens and De Dietrich appliances including in-built into the central island a down draft extractor; central oven and combi-oven; 2 x plate heaters; integrated coffee machine; extra large American style fridge freezers with ice maker; dishwasher and double basins.

The lower level of the villa is accessed via a spiral staircase which takes you to the bar and games room, with pool table, darts board and wall mounted flat screen TV. Also on the lower level is the utility room with 2 washing machines, 1 tumble dryer, iron & ironing board; the multi-purpose room which features a lounge seating area and a top of the range Kinesis technogym multi-trainer, cross trainer, exercise bike, free weights, a Concept 2 rowing machine and a Bose sound system; and the spa with Klafs sauna and shower. (Weekly supplement payable for indoor Jacuzzi).

Last on the lower level, but certainly very much not least, is the state of the art home cinema which has the unique feature of being circular in design - which benefits the projection of sound and the slightly curved screen gives a superb quality of image. The room is furnished with 7 reclining leather seats, a THX sound system which you will find in professional cinemas, Lazer, Apple TV and E-box is available the room is individually air controlled. Simply amazing!

Bedrooms and bathrooms

An illuminated staircase takes you from the living areas to the sensational first floor Master suite which is true luxury, with traditional Moroccan style double bed and wall mounted flat screen TV opposite. Electrically operated skylight. Doors lead to the private first floor terrace with lit pathway to raised wood decking terrace furnished with 2 sun loungers- the perfect spot to take in the far reaching sea view across the valley- and brand new for 2022 there is now a firepit on the terrace. Double wardrobes with safe and en suite bathroom with electric skylight, walk-in shower, circular spa bath and double wash basins.

Bedrooms two to five are situated on the ground floor bedroom wing and all of these bedrooms provide direct access to the poolside terrace. Bedroom two has an Italian design 1.8 metre double bed and an en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit. Bedrooms three and four are double rooms with 1.8 metre beds and en suite shower rooms. Bedroom four is decorated in a Safari style and has a 2 metre dossel double bed and an en suite with a double shower unit. Villeroy & Boch bathroom ware is used in all bathrooms and Zebrano exotic wood flooring is fitted in all of the bedrooms.

Outside Space

Three giant sails provide shade significant shade across the poolside dining area which is served with a gas BBQ and steps lead to the villa's lawn gardens. Excellent views of the Vale do Lobo Royal course can be enjoyed from the terraces which are furnished with 10 sun loungers.

The exclusive and unique private swimming pool is freeform in shape with a centrally positioned Jacuzzi and bar area with seating in the pool! The pool and Jacuzzi can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.

The exterior pool area of Villa Cristal is complimented with a Sonos sound system, so you can download the app and stream your favourite music directly from your smart device.

Location

Villa Cristal enjoys an accessible position within the prestigious resort of Vale de Lobo, near to the entrance roundabout where you will find the local supermarket and with the Vale de Lobo golf club, where you will find shopping, a restaurant and a bank, within close walking distance. The beautiful beach and the lively Praca, with a selection of bars and fine restaurants, are a few minutes walk away.

Other Items

Rates include a Mon - Friday maid cleaning service with towels changed midweek and linen changed weekly. Towels for the pool and for the beach, 3 x hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience. The sauna is included as part of the rental rate with a maximum of one hour's usage per day.

At home personal trainer packages are available to book at this villa- payment and appointment times must be confirmed in advance to guarantee availability of the personal trainer- please contact us for further details. Please note that in order to use the Kinesis technogym it is compulsory to book at least one session with the personal trainer in order for him to be able to give a proper demonstration on how to use this piece of equipment.
