Overview

Villa Dara is a wonderful three plus one-bedroom villa located in Vale do Lobo’s Quadradinhos resort area, close to the main entrance of the resort. The villa features a southwest-facing pool and terrace, providing excellent sun exposure throughout the day. The pool is surrounded by a glass fence, making it ideal and safe for families with small children.

This stunning property boasts a contemporary design and has been recently refurbished to a high standard. It includes modern amenities such as a trampoline, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi internet connection, all included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The lounge and dining area are of an open plan design and are comfortably furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BT Sports, BBC & ITV (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc on the Smart TV). The dining area is complete with a table and seating for six people. Patio doors lead to the poolside terrace.

The spacious kitchen includes a central island with four accompanying breakfast stools, split unit air conditioning, four electric hobs, a central extractor, integrated electric oven & microwave, American style fridge freezer, wine cooler, kettle, Juicer, Dulce Gusto coffee machine and a dishwasher. Patio doors from the kitchen lead to the BBQ area. The utility room off the kitchen houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The office is furnished with a media desk and a double sofa bed which sleeps one adult or two young persons up to the age of 14 years and has use of the adjacent guest shower room. Patio doors open onto a terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one and two and the plus one bedroom in the office mentioned previously. Bedroom one is a double room with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace.

Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV, fitted wardrobes, a seating area and an en suite shower room.

Stairs lead to the upper level where you will find the master double bedroom suite with a wall mounted flat screen TV, dressing area, and the bathroom is open to the bedroom and has a free standing bathtub, a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a private balcony with extensive views over the Vale do Lobo surrounds

Outside Space

Patio doors lead from the kitchen to the covered BBQ area complete with a gas BBQ, food preparation counter and a sink and is furnished with a large table with seating for eight people. The garden is laid to lawn and features a trampoline for the little ones. The south west facing pool measures approx. 9 x 6.5m and has steps for convenient entry, the pool is surrounded by a glass fence making the garden a safe place for the little ones to play. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and gets the sun all day, ideal for sunworshippers, there is also a parasol if you prefer a little shade.

Location

Within close walking distance of Villa Dara is a delightful Portuguese tapas restaurant, and the villa is also situated less than a 5 minute walk to the main roundabout entrance for Vale do Lobo, where there is a Pingo Doce supermarket, bank points and a clinic.

The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo has two excellent golf courses, the Ocean and Royal courses; the renowned tennis centre and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.

Rates include a mid-week maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bed linen change (except public holidays). Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.
