Villa Camarada is a two bedroom townhouse with heated pool, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet that is situated in the popular development of Dunas Douradas, where local facilities include tennis courts, a communal pool, poolside bar and restaurant. The property is situated close to the resort amenities and is a short walk to the stunning Dunas Douradas beach.

Living Areas

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hobs, oven, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. There is also a tumble dryer available in the property.

Air conditioned living room with flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. DVD player. Patio doors lead to the covered terrace with table and chairs for 4 persons.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the ground floor and this bedroom has twin beds, split unit a/c, patio doors to the poolside terrace and TV. Adjacent bathroom with shower unit and towel heater.

Bedroom two is the master bedroom on the first floor of the villa, and this bedroom is complete with a double bed, which can be split and made up into two singles if required. It has split unit a/c, TV and a refurbished en suite bathroom with towel heater. Patio doors lead to the spacious master suite terrace with patio furniture.

Outside Space

The kidney bean pool measures approximately 8 x 3 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. There is a manual pool cover available. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and table and chairs to enjoy al-fresco meals freshly cooked on the gas BBQ.

Location

Situated just a short walking distance from the stunning Dunas Douradas beach, where you will find the popular Maria's beach restaurant- and slightly further along the coast is the trendy 'Julia's beach' where there is a selection of beach restaurants including Izzy's and Julia's. The Vale do Lobo tennis centre is also close by.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service (midweek and weekly); bathroom towels (changed midweek and weekly) and bed linen (changed weekly). Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.
