Villa Dulce is a beautiful and elegant six bedroom villa with sensational sea views, situated in a prime location within close walking distance of the renowned Julia's beach where you will find a selection of excellent and exclusive restaurants.

Featuring a central air conditioning system throughout main living areas and 4 of the bedrooms, Wi-fi Internet, electric shutters throughout, a sound system (radio and CDs), a wide range of cable TV channels, outdoor pool and a steam room.

Living Areas

The entrance hallway leads to the spacious open plan living/ dining room with patio doors to the poolside terrace where you will enjoy the sensational sea views. Wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player, sofas and dining table for 8 persons.

Next to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with breakfast bar and appliances including a coffee maker, American fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, oven, extractor, electric hobs, dishwasher and juicer. The separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms have double beds and are en suite. The Master double suite (bed measures 1.8m x 2m) is on the first floor of the property, and this bedroom benefits from a private terrace with exceptional sea views, a wall mounted flat screen TV, an en suite shower room with hydro-massage shower and a walk-in wardrobe with safe.

Bedrooms two and three are also on the first floor. Bedroom two is a double suite (bed measures 1.6m x 2m) with a wall mounted flat screen TV, partial sea views, dressing area and en suite shower room.

Bedroom three is a double suite (bed measures 1.6m x 2m) with fitted wardrobes, a TV and an en suite shower room.

Bedroom four is on the ground (entrance) level of the property and this is a double room (bed measures 1.6m x 2m) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. There is also an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Bedrooms five & six, on the lower level of the villa are two additional rooms that could be used for a nanny or au pair upon prior request - each room has a double bed (bed measures 1.6m x 2m), and one of the rooms also has a small amount of natural light. There is a shower room across the hallway. These lower level rooms are not air conditioned.

Outside Space

The pool deck is south facing and boasts a covered patio with barbecue for dining in the

shade, the infinity & walk in swimming pool with a spectacular sea view with the beach under

150m away.

Location

This villa enjoys a fabulous location for those who love the beach! Situated directly opposite Praia do Vale do Garrão Nascente, which is better known as Julia’s beach, where you will find a selection of renowned beach bars, restaurants and eateries.
