Located in the exclusive Oceano Clube within the prestigious Vale do Lobo resort and just 250 metres away from Praia do Vale do Garrao Nascente which is better known as Julia’s Beach.

Centralised air conditioning system throughout with individual room controls, black-out blinds in all the bedrooms and Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates. There is also a table tennis table for your family tournaments.

Living Areas

The heart of this villa is undoubtedly the kitchen, a chef's dream, with its sleek and modern design and equipped with appliances including a toaster, electric oven and grill, blender, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine, the perfect space for culinary adventures. There is a breakfast bar with two stools and patio doors that open onto the garden and table tennis table.

The lounge & dining area has ample comfy sofa seating and armchairs, a Smart flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and patio doors opening directly onto the poolside terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedroom one which is a twin room (can be made as a double upon prior request), with a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same channels as the lounge, fitted wardrobes, blackout blinds and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace. On the lower level you will find bedroom two which is a double room with a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same channels as the previous TV's and an en suite shower room. There is an adjoining room with a single sofa bed.

On the upper level you will find bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a flat screen TV showing the same channels as the previous TV's and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Patio doors open on a small balcony with two chairs and fantastic sea views. Bedroom four is a double room with a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same channels as the previous TV's, fitted wardrobes, safe and an en suite bathroom with a large bath tub and double vanities. Patio door open onto a small balcony with two sun loungers and amazing sea views.

Outside Space

There is a covered dining area which is furnished with a table and seating six people and comfy sofa seating. The poolside terrace is the place to soak up the glorious Algarve sunshine on one of the sun beds provided. The pool measures approx. 9m x 5m and has steps for entry. There is a further seating area with a table, two chairs and a parasol.

And let's not forget the location! Just a stone's throw away from the famous Julia's Beach, imagine walking and feeling the gentle sea breeze on your face, you'll have the luxury of enjoying the sun, sand, and sea whenever you desire. Take a leisurely stroll along the shoreline or soak up the glorious sunsets in one of the renowned beach bars, restaurants and eateries.
