Overview

Villa Julietta is an outstanding contemporary villa with simply sensational panoramic views of the ocean. Situated in a prime location within close walking distance of the beautiful Julia's beach where you will find a selection of excellent and renowned restaurants.

The property is built on three floors, and features air conditioning throughout, which is included in the rate. All staircases in the villa are protected by child safety gates. The property makes excellent use of natural lighting, all south facing divisions have large glass areas to enjoy the amazing sea views and the villa is tastefully furnished throughout.

Living Areas

The living room, dining room and kitchen is of a spacious, open plan design, and is designed so that the stunning, far reaching ocean views can be enjoyed through the full length glass windows and patio doors, which overlook the poolside terrace with the beach and ocean beyond.

The living room is complete with a flat screen TV, set into the wall, with a wide range of English language cable channels; DVD player and wi-fi internet connection. There is a dining table and breakfast bar, and the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances that include a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, gas hobs, oven, extractor and fridge freezer. On the lower level of the villa there is a utility room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Also on the lower level of the villa there is a large, open plan air conditioned games room with feature window looking into the pool and complete with a TV, table tennis table, pool table, stylish bar area and shower room.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the entrance level of the property, and this is a double bedroom with doors to a side terrace that utilizes the adjacent shower room.

Bedrooms two, three and four are on the first floor of the villa. All three share a large, south facing, decked terrace overlooking the pool and Atlantic Ocean. Bedroom two is the Master double room, with full length glass windows so you can relax and enjoy the amazing ocean views. Doors lead to the South facing terrace and the bedroom has an en suite bathroom, with double wash basins and separate shower unit.

Bedroom three is a children's room, furnished with two single bunkbeds and an additional pull out single bed. This bedroom uses the adjacent bathroom which is shared with bedroom four. Bedroom four is a double room which again enjoys fantastic views over Julia's each and the ocean beyond.

There is an extra fifth bedroom on the lower level of the villa, this is a double room with an en suite shower room that is situated next to the games room. This room doesn't benefit from natural light. The games room also has an additional shower room.

Outside Space

Patio doors from the living room lead to the delightful wood decking poolside terrace with the ocean views. The infinity design pool measures 16 metres x 5 metres. For al-fresco dining, a traditional charcoal BBQ is situated on the side terrace near to the pool.

This villa enjoys a fabulous location for those who love the beach! Situated directly opposite Praia do Vale do Garrão Nascente, which is better known as Julia’s beach, where you will find a selection of renowned beach bars, restaurants and eateries.
