We are proud to introduce Villa Glicinia, the newest addition to Sun-hat's exclusive luxury villa collection. This opulent four bedroom villa is spread across three levels and is situated in the highly sought-after Fonte Algarve resort, which is just a short drive away from the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches.

Designed with quality and comfort in mind, Villa Glicinia offers the perfect setting for a family holiday. The villa's stunning countryside views are sure to take your breath away, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. Take a dip in the private pool which can be heated and fenced off for children upon prior request (an additional weekly supplement applies for both). Challenge your loved ones to a game of table tennis, pool or table football in the games room.

Complete with fibre-optic Wi-fi internet and split unit air conditioning throughout included in the rental rates. Electric shutters throughout provide you with the utmost convenience and security. There is a control button by the entrance door for the villa entry gates. For the cooler months of the year Villa Glicinia has central heating throughout the property provided by individual radiators in each room (an additional weekly supplement applies, please contact the Sun-hat team for further details).

Living Areas

From the entrance hall steps lead down to the bright and spacious air conditioned living area with four sets of sliding patio doors opening onto the manicured gardens and upper poolside terrace. This area is comfortably furnished with ample sofa seating and two arm chairs, a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a large variety of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). With the TV there is a Sonos sound bar- which you can use to stream your favourite sounds directly from your smart phone or tablet.

The modern kitchen includes a family dining table and seating for eight people and air conditioning and is well equipped with appliances including an integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso De Longi coffee machine, two fridge freezers, five gas hobs, an extractor, toaster and a kettle. The owner has thoughtfully provided a large range of plastic glasses, cups and plates for entertaining around the poolside. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level of the villa.

On the lower level of the villa you will find the entertainment area, TV snug room and utility room. The utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The adjacent garage/entertainment area is a great place for some fun, challenge the family to some friendly tournaments at either a game of pool, table tennis or table football. The TV snug room is complete with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with the wide range of English language cable channels available.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are found on the upper level of the villa. Bedroom one is the master suite complete with an Emperor double bed with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobe, a safe and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a private balcony with amazing countryside views and further patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool.

Bedroom two is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a large private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs and overlooks the pool.

Bedrooms three and four are found on the entrance level. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, spilt unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead directly to the garden. Bedroom four has an emperor sized double bed (two twin beds together that can be separated and prepared as twins upon prior request) with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the garden and pool area.

Outside Space

Villa Glicinia offers a luxurious outdoor space that is perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. The highlight of the outdoor area is the spacious and sunny pool, measuring approximately 12m x 6m. For added comfort, the pool can be heated and also fenced off for children's safety, both upon request for a weekly supplement. With easy entry steps and a depth ranging from 1.05m to 2m, the pool is suitable for both leisurely dips and refreshing swims. In the evenings, the manual pool cover helps to retain the warmth.

Surrounding the pool, you will find comfortable sun beds and a charming pergola, providing a shaded oasis for ultimate relaxation. Additionally, the terrace offers a picturesque view of the garden and pool area, creating a serene atmosphere. For those who enjoy outdoor dining, Villa Glicinia offers a gas BBQ, allowing you to savour your groups al-fresco meals. As the sun sets over the horizon, you can unwind and enjoy the tranquil ambiance until the last rays of sunshine disappear. The villa also provides convenience and security with an electric entrance gate and private parking for up to 3 cars.
